-Was born in Russia
-Her mother is an curator while her father is a translator
-They used to travel around and bring Robin with them
-They settled in Recolle when Robin was eight where they wanted to give her a good, stable life
-During their travels Robin fell in love with history and wanted to know the history of ever place they visited
-During her teenage years she knew some of the more delinquent kids, though it never interfered with her studies
-In college she took a job being a hostess for a shady bar
-During her young adult years she continued her work along the outskirts of the underworld. She never fully stepped inside, but she did stay around long enough to know how to defend herself.
-Around her 28th birthday she decided that she couldn't live along the outskirts anymore so she decided to become a history professor at the university
-Knows Russian, English, and Japanese. She's currently learning French.
-She loves books very much that many times she gets in trouble with administration for teaching books not on the list
-She's very firm about not hurting a book or insulting them before reading one
-She may not look it, but she does love to tease anyone close to her
-Despite her teasing nature she tries to keep people at arm's length as a way to keep her privacy
-She is open to talk to anyone and who knows if she likes you she'll let you in
-Will correct you if you get a history or book fact wrong
-Doesn't have a problem being friends with people deemed delinquents or "trouble"
-Would physically hurt someone if they damaged a book (especially a history one)
-Has a small black cat she loves that she calls mimi (i'll probably change her name)
-Doesn't let people in easily, when she does you have a loyal friend for life
-Loves to tease people (though it's always in good fun, never mean)
-When she's not teaching, she can be found in the library or the history museum
-Used to teach high school before becoming a professor

AU Style now:
♏ He's a Youtube Star! He makes pretty good money with some harmless pranks with family - think something like just for laugh gags. They've been meme'd frequently.
♏ He also has his own channel where he does let's plays (badly but he's entertaining), some musical singing (he's okay, but charming), some art (it's not bad!) and fashion advice (he's pretty good but his fashion choices are questionable).
♏ He's mostly known as someone who is harmless but entertaining, and made fun of by other more 'hardcore' Youtube stars sometimes. You know. Drama.
♏ His family is from Canada (Japanese-Canadian), but they moved to Recolle about a year ago all together for opportunities
♏ He's actually pretty bad in school because of all his work and may need some help. He's mostly doing it because his parents want him to get an education.
♏ Sometimes he has trouble separating his Youtube personality from his private life.
♏ He takes his camera everywhere
♏ People send him terrible games to play to see him react
♏ He is a scream king when playing horror games
♏ He actually doesn't have many friends outside of Youtube life that like him for who he is, and is a bit lonely and judgmental of people who want to be his friend.

★ Has a fascination with high-fantasy settings and is known for being an absolutely awful person to play tabletop games with, particularly notorious for making absolutely broken spellcaster characters for the express purpose of causing party wipes.
★ Actually a decent person if you can get past her abrasive and competitive nature, viciously loyal to those she considers friends.
★ Somehow actually manages to have a recurring gaming group that likes playing with her, for some reason? (This would be the other main castmembers in-series.)
★ Family is parents and a sister, keeping them canon tho.

- First of all, a totally normal boy and not a skeleton. Yet. But eventually!!

- They told me I could be whatever I wanted when I grew up so I became a truck.

- Entered foster system with his twin sister, but was separated from her after several homes for easier placement. He doesn't know where she is now, but he misses her.

- Has been adopted officially twice, but neither was permanent, clearly.

- Education is spotty after moving around so much, possibly held back a grade. Stuff kinda blurs together.

- I feel like most kids are 13 or 14? Ish? Since his human form is 10, even if he's a premie 15 seems like a stretch. But should he be 14 and held back into class with 13yos or 13 and removed from their class after he knows some of them already... Decisions.

- Aspires to create a business that makes it easier for foster kids to keep the things they need between home transfers and to find help. A type of store, sort of.

He'll have about twenty million sad arcs tbh because Yoko Taro is Suffering and he's been around forever, but he's an optimistic boy that doesn't like to trouble others. In addition to skeleton and truck forms, he'll also have a time where he's still a boy, but his eyes can petrify people and he has to blindfold himself. Look forward to it.
He's the mage of the party, with healing spells included!

LOOKING FOR: Foster family and friends!! Whether he's been with the family a short while already or has just been placed with them, I'm ready to hash it out. People that will support him when he goes back to looking like a skeleton, and people that will freak out and make him feel bad when he looks like a skeleton. In a perfect world, a Halua/twin sis.

- When he was a little boy, he lost his parents and little brother to a car crash during a vacation trip.
- He was taken in by an orphanage run by nuns, and was known as a diligent and obedient boy who other children looked up to as a big brother figure.
- When he was old enough, he set off on his own to become his own man (and to stop living off church funds), and found himself in Recolle.
- He lives his life trying to be a big brother his deceased little brother would be proud of. His inability to focus on a single course/career path stems from occassionally being too bogged up by thoughts of what his little brother would be if he were alive today.

» Close relationship to his uncle who is a former head chef. Was the one to teach Ignis basic essentials on cooking
» Family was very lower middle class bridging to lower class so Ignis is very familiar with financial struggle
» Visited his mother's workplace at a nearby children's hospital every once in a while when his uncle could manage to take him
» It was at this same hospital that Ignis and his mother met Noctis (kittycaterer) as well as Noctis' father
» Ignis' mother was asked to be a caretaker for Noctis by his father, she accepted and would regularly bring Ignis along
» Ignis and Noctis were basically friends during a portion of their childhood and Ignis helped take care of Noctis
» At the age of 12 he decides he wants to be a caretaker like his mother, and so once he starts secondary he focuses so much on his schooling that he doesn't have time to care for or even visit Noctis anymore. That's the last time they ever see each other
» The years go by and Ignis eventually gets into a community college, gains his certificate as a nursing assistant
» A few months after his 22nd birthday Noctis' father informs him that Noctis now lives in Recolle and he wants his help with caring for him there. Ignis accepts and moves to Recolle to become Noctis' caretaker

LOOKING FOR: Friends mostly! Seeing as Ignis is not the social type and most if not all his free time (all his time PERIOD) will be spent caring for Noctis it would be nice for him to have some friends. • A city native, born and raised!
• The youngest of two or more siblings - they got along well, and in exchange for their being supportive, despite low- to mid-key anxious and phobic tendencies, he tried to mature and develop a cool, independent, and helpful air early.
• Interest in history initially grew out of a curiosity with regards to seeing traditional Japanese iconography and styles around the house and wondering exactly-exactly what they mean and why - developed a keen (and proud!) interest in his heritage and, simply in general, where people come from! Has a general interest in culture, and possibly also linguistics.
• Interest in teaching, meanwhile, came out of absolutely loving sharing information with others - there's a security in knowing you "know" things and being able to return some of the nurturing you received growing up (he dug trying to have a new set of facts to share with his family at the end of every day), and he was frequently kind of unimpressed with what he saw as lack of curiosity in other kids his age.
• Essentially a soft-spoken goody-goody prep/nerd growing up - might have been an social ugly duckling and gotten lightly picked on, but nothing severe; got along well with authority.
• Is kind of a fashion hound and does like some of the nicer things in life in general! Probably likes to treat himself to non-chain restaurants, spas, specialty stores, and other spots in the city when he's got the money - it's sampling a bit of the local culture!
• Doesn't have a super-active social life - he spends most of his free time cultivating his interests - but he still gets along cordially with people! Is likely "that guy you say hi to when you recognize him around town". Has had an active dating life, but has always been kind of formal rather than personal about it.
• He probably has cats.

★ after a while, he managed to kind of... get out of the shitpot by kicking it down. haven't fine-tuned how yet, but he did it. and now he's back on his feet and working for a dojo where he's actually happy while supporting the fam. he can reconnect with people! amazing!

★ also has a dog named Tora that he loves even if it's TOO ENERGETIC just like his canon kohai whoop.

Roji's canon is on the obscure side, so here's a very brief synopsis: Muhyo & Roji is a manga series that involves...supernatural investigation, obviously, but the spin on it is that a concept called Magic Law exists. That's right, we've got magic lawyers in the form of Executors who have the ability to cast judgment on ghosts. Spirits are not only sought out, but also sentenced (and punished accordingly) for their crimes. While Roji is still learning the ropes and plays a more defensive/supportive role, his partner Muhyo is an absolute genius and is considered a prodigy among Executors. The story revolves around the cases that they take on, as well as the development of their partnership.

- Born and grew up in Japan. He's an only child.

- As he's grown, he's become much more outgoing, always friendly (if not over-enthusiastically so at times) and trying to help others when he can. Though he's still kind of a doormat and too trusting at times. Simply put, he's on the gullible side.
- Finances have always been kind of tight for Roji's family, so early on he knew that if he was going to attend Recollé U like he really wanted to, he'd have to do some saving up on his own as well and try to get some scholarships to help. His parents were able to provide funding to at least get him to Recollé, where he would then be on his own.
- So, Roji moved to Recollé shortly after graduating high school and has since been working several jobs in hopes of saving up to eventually enroll in Recollé University. He wants to major in something physics-related!

Misc. Details:
- Roji's nickname comes from swapping the kanji in his given name around. (Jiro -> Roji) He developed the nickname with a friend in elementary school and still sticks with it today.
- In terms of physical differences from canon, Roji's yellow-green hair is plain blonde in-game. His eyes are still brown.
- He's a pretty well-seasoned cook (pun not intended), and is especially good at making delicious meals on a budget. He does, after all, live on a budget.
- He's got a notorious sweet tooth.
- He has a great fondness for anime and fantasy-based shows. He's definitely the kind of person who will completely remove himself from social media to avoid spoilers until he can watch the new episode of whatever hit show is airing.
- He does a bit of gaming, particularly with mobile games that he can be F2P in.

- aforementioned preservation efforts wound up leading to him helping found the Protector Program, an organization trying to preserve historical shipwrecks and the like while documenting them as thoroughly as possible. for the years the program was around, he worked closely with museums and historians in order to come up with the best ways to maintain the sites while still being able to go in and investigate them firsthand with dives.
- was forced to pull out of the salvage business temporarily after his flagship got wrecked by a sudden storm, which cost him a lot of his equipment as well--moved back inland for a while, which he insisted was just until he got things sorted out, and was basically a ball of stress for like a year and a half. things didn't go as planned, and after a bunch of setbacks and financial issues, he sort of inadvertently gave up. if you ask him, he'll still say he's working on it, though. maybe don't ask, he's a little bitter about it.
- moved into Recolle, and now works as a boat mechanic on Peach Beach. seems a little discontent with the job, although he's settled for it. he does swimming lessons part-time, and can be convinced to do diving lessons as well.
- has a tendency to lowkey take people under his wing if they're in a bad place, and does his best to help them get back on their feet/into more stable situations. he's like a semi-awkward dad friend who worries too much about other people, and really just wants to make sure everybody winds up okay. he stress bakes, and considering the fact that he's always sort of stressed, well. there's a lot of snacks to go around.

• Semira married another wealthy Recolle-native sometime after completing her masters and beginning her work at the Art Museum.
• Their marriage lasted about seven years and they had two children. The older is a girl that is now about 11, the younger is a boy who is 7. (I may or may not be fudging these numbers a bit)
• After suspecting that her husband was cheating on her, Semira hired a private detective to gather evidence. She divorced him, gained custody of their children.

BLURB:
-Son of a first-gen immigrant from Some Obscure Area in East Europe. Mother was a classical dancer.
-Drama kid in high school; acted in school plays and also joined the community theater where he mostly danced in the ensemble.
-May have gone to art school for some years? Not sure on that yet, he's been dancing since he was a kid in theatre and is very talented at it.
(-Don't ask him to be a leading actor though; he's got the ability for it but Hello Stage Fright, he'd rather just dance. Other than that he's a touch more genuinely confident than in canon)
-Ended up working at the cabaret after high school because Damn Man He Gets To Talk To Cute Girls And Gets Paid
-He's working at the host club until he can ~HIT IT BIG~ and catch his big break as a dancer and then he will be a famous choreogrpaher and it'll be awesome and he'll be on tv on dancing with the stars
-Most of that is nonsense because he has an incredibly overdramatic and loud personality, but while he can be over the top, his passion for dancing and desire to do it professionally is completely genuine.
-Loves musicals, tried to sneak in to see a production of Les Miserables once. Did Not Succeed.

AU OCCUPATION: Student at Recolle University, Intern at Recolle Veterinary Clinic (part time?)
BLURB:
-Manami's twin brother, with the same ridiculous amount of cousins on both sides of the family living in America and Japan.
-Mainly grew up with his father and the European side of the family (parents may be divorced?), but moved to Japan as a teenager to live with his mother as he finished primary school.
-He's not naturally gifted with numbers and math, so instead he studied extremely hard to do his best in math and science and get good grades.
-Part of the reason being he's wanted to be a vet ever since he was a kid (despite the fact that he sadly never owned any pets). He's getting his bachelor's right now, but he's doing hsi medical gen-eds so he can apply for veternary school.
-On the other hand, he's not great at english/literature and writing essays or language classes. Very good at giving presentations, however.
-Very optimistic and upbeat, participated in a lot of river cleaning efforts while he was living in Japan. Volunteers with a lot of environmental causes in addition to animal shelters/adoptions because nature is super awesome, you gyus.
-He probably had a lot of Zoo Books as a kid.
-He's a vegetarian, but don't worry, he's not snooty about it. Egg salad is however pretty much all he can "cook." Loves tofu.

LOOKING FOR: -Classmates? Schoolmates? Anything involving volunteer work or animals he's down to clown, and he's a very proactive and sociable lil butterfly.
