Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

hello again!! said i'd swing by, after all. :>
but hmmMM yeah that's. where i'm getting stuck, honestly. having them meet in-game could be pretty fun to work with, though--they're gonna have to do a scavenger hunt kind of thing if they wanna find each other, probably. maybe a little something in the sea continuation for a minute, there?

Eleanor goes down to the beach once a week or so to go for a walk, but I don't know why they'd have ever really talked to each other even if they bumped into each other on the waterfront...

Part of the problem with planning is we don't knwo what February will be except 'big event'. Haha.

Stumbling across each other via the network could be good. Plus in theory he could probably get regains off of seeing her.

yeah, i feel like at best they might've talked for a few minutes at the boardwalk while he was working. they don't have too much reason to chat until they start piecing things together, and then. there's A Lot to talk about tbh,,

and well! i'm pretty laid-back when it comes to planning stuff, so if the event winds up throwing anything off, i won't be too terribly fussed myself. who knows, maybe it'll turn up something else we can work with. :y
did you have any specific ideas in mind that you wanted to run with, btw? 'cause we can hash things out over plurk or something if you'd prefer!

I can roll with that! Maybe they can run into each other on the test drive as a first meeting.

I don't have anything specific except that there's going to almost have to be a lot of awkward uncertain drama between them! Eleanor's memories of Rapture have...not been pleasant. I mean, what a shock right? So she'll be really gunshy about anyone else from Rapture, even him.

Which could be fun? And horrible. But fun. Haha.
