BLURB: Mikazuki was born and raised in Japan before moving to Recolle in his later 20's. He is basically a young man who acts like an old man! He's not good with technology or personal things like shopping...what's "hip" with the youth of today and things like that, although he does try to keep up with the times regardless -- even if it means being a few short years behind.

He has a lot of simple hobbies like brewing tea, reading and writing, calligraphy, and he's more recently gotten into collecting antiques...you can almost always find him in your local park too, just taking leisurely strolls for the afternoon. He also likes bingo...and coming from a wealthy family really allowed him to have the spare time to engage in all of these hobbies!

He'll have known Tsurumaru/Rindou ( surprising ) since childhood and often read to him and taught him games! Also given his elderly father's condition, he'll have known Kanesan/Izumi's ( recentlypopular ) family and Izumi himself for a few years before they re-met through Rindou later!

LOOKING FOR: Anyone who'd like to be friends with Mikazuki or would like to have him as their doctor too! He's a fan of spoiling others so if you'd like a pseudo grandpa then he's your jiji! 👌

BLURB: Obviously the name is a nod to her persona/cover in Iron Man 2. One of the more interesting aspects of Natasha's memories is obviously going to be the mixture between truth, fiction, and the Red Room indoctrination - something we only saw a little of in Age of Ultron but enough to make it difficult if someone is recovering fragments to know for sure who she really is.

For now though, I'm looking to take her in a completely different direction with this persona. After chats with Bucky's player here, I have more or less settled on a teenager, but I also had thoughts of a police detective or artist.

Natalie will have interests in art and music, she will be a rebel in that she will have a few tattoos even for someone so young. I like the idea that they might loosely represent aspects of Natasha that she won't know yet. Alternatively they could be collected as she remembers things. I understand that memory recovery is a privilege in the game.

She will be blonde - think that more classic bombshell look of Scarlett Johansson's but a teenager. Usually covered in specks of paint and plenty of ear piercings. She will favour loose shirts and jeans. Anything to make it more comfortable for painting and not drawing attention to her body in that way that Natasha normally would.

She will be a dreamer, and someone that can get easily caught up in her artistic ideas. Quiet with a tendency to sit back and observe before weighing in. But once she weighs in, or decides to get to know someone good luck being rid of her. And don't be surprised if you end up in a painting.

I'm torn over the idea of parents. Natasha is an orphan, so the idea that Natalie would have parents and a family gives me no end of pleasure to torture her with.
LOOKING FOR: Still very much a work in progress, and I would really love some help either playing her out in a couple threads in a PSL or meme just to get a feel for her. Also feedback on whether it's better to stay teenager or look at my more adult alternatives is appreciated.

And if anyone wants to be friends, etc I'm open to discussing it!

-In college she took a job being a hostess for a shady bar
-During her young adult years she continued her work along the outskirts of the underworld. She never fully stepped inside, but she did stay around long enough to know how to defend herself.
-Around her 28th birthday she decided that she couldn't live along the outskirts anymore so she decided to become a history professor at the university
-Knows Russian, English, and Japanese. She's currently learning French.
-She loves books very much that many times she gets in trouble with administration for teaching books not on the list
-She's very firm about not hurting a book or insulting them before reading one
-She may not look it, but she does love to tease anyone close to her
-Despite her teasing nature she tries to keep people at arm's length as a way to keep her privacy
-She is open to talk to anyone and who knows if she likes you she'll let you in

Sob, yet again, sliding in here to say I want Strawhat CR so much because Kamui here canonically references OP and wants to be king of the (space) pirates.

During her teenage years, he could have been the rowdy little kid who followed her around because he secretly had a pre-pubescent crush. He grows up into an angry if very sociable delinquent and ends up in juvenile detention for a year, so he could have been around for shady bar shenanigans or waving hi while she passes him in his delinquent circles later. As in, "you're too young to drink, idiot, don't even try it, you're not smart enough to get past me."

She could also introduce him to interesting or unique history books because he's actually smart, but he doesn't care about his education at all.

Their dad wanted to be a rock♥star, moved to the states, then failed his dream and started a farm instead. A little after that, he adopted four year old Juri on the spot. (Discussed with both Sisi/Eijun player and Hayley/Ryousuke player)

- Juri tries to be a good daughter and little sister, she helped around the farm and doing various odd-jobs she's allowed to do, and tries to be on the best terms with both her adopted brothers. In Recolle, she would definitely namedrop them and mention how they're really cool, she really adores them.

- She's transferring schools to Recolle in around October or November, but before that she has never in the city before aside from occasional visits, so she'll definitely be a fish out of water in the meantime.

- Yes, she's likely the one responsible for the cooking in the Sawamura siblings apartment from now on.

- Her hobbies include photography, sewing, cross stitch, and fortune telling. Besides her photography, she likes to post her cross stitch work to her Instagram.

- She played a bit of softball/baseball when she was younger though it didn't really go anywhere. But! She loves the energy and enthusiasm of the game that she joins the school newspaper as the photographer to keep up to date and tries to have the pictures as full of energy.

- Likewise, she'll definitely join the photo club or the school newspaper in Recolle.

- May or may not suggest a love/fortune telling column on said school paper.

- Juri's friendly and a little bit spacey but make no mistake, she can be as much as a spitfire as Eijun or Ryousuke. She can get fired up over her friends' romance or standing up to kids picking on her friends.

- Really is friendly and tries to befriend a lot of people, like she would try to befriend shop clerks or people she met on the bus stop.

- She carries around an old a cat sock puppet in her backpack. Usually just to cheer people up, or to joke with them.

- Average academically wise- maybe slightly low because she sometimes spaces out during class, however active in extracurricular clubs. If she gets a chance to cover an event or the sort, she won't just take pictures of the event but likely strike up to talk the winner of the chess championship or players of the opposing teams so on.

I'm gonna go with the latter right now in this blurb but this is subject to change!!! Input is welcome.

BLURB:
🍸 Born in eastern Slovenia, which was part of Yugoslavia at the time. Moved here with his parents when he was six to get away from the post-secession economic crisis and to get better treatment for some chronic health problems.
🍸 He never had much money growing up, and was just kind of the kid with the accent who was out sick all the time for the first few years here, so he really didn't have much social interaction when he was young.
🍸 By the beginning of high school his health was a lot better, he'd gotten rid of any trace of an accent, and he'd started putting a lot of effort into his outward appearance, so he basically got a fresh start. He still didn't have any meaningful relationships, but at least he was finally popular for shallow reasons!
🍸 Ended up getting into fashion design; he didn't have the financial resources to get any kind of business started, so he went on some kind of Project Runway show and came out of that as the runner-up. Which pissed him off, because personally he thought the winner's collection was a bunch of shapeless oatmeal-colored garbage, but second place still got him the recognition and connections he needed for his career to take off.
🍸 That career hasn't exactly reached the stratosphere yet, but at least he has a label that's sold in department stores, and he has people who recognize him from TV who want to take pictures with him, and an expensive flashy car that he can afford because he still lives in an apartment and has lots of credit card debt. IT'S GREAT.
🍸 Doesn't have an aggressively bad relationship with his family, but he's not really interested in interacting with them either.
🍸 Still has some health issues, but they're well managed.
🍸 He's still a vain asshole like in canon, but since his life has been a lot less awful, he's not burning with anger and resentment every minute of his life now and can at least have a good time.
🍸 He probably has a lot more Instagram followers than you do.

I don't really know how, but I'd like to have some sort of CR with either Koutarou here or the guy i put up on this workshop, Gon from Hoozuki no Reitetsu. Koutarou is a painter /uni art teacher and Gon is a waiter/musician at a tea shop and unlike Tendou they're both technically youkai for real.

I already have him having two younger sisters (anemone from eureka seven and Amanda O'Neill from Little Witch Academia) and one older brother (Asterios from Fate/Grand Order). Foggy Nelson from Daredevil and Natasha Romanov will be his cousins.

☠ Moved cross-country when he was 15 one of his parents got a solid job opportunity, spending some time there before moving to Recollé due to the same parent getting promoted. Just getting settled into the city.

- the rift eventually grew larger, causing arguments and strife between he and his parents when he began to neglect his studies and his grades slipped from moderate to catastrophic failure, and dean didn't seem to care. this culminated in dean leaving home for good.
- he dropped out of high school at the age of 17 before he could be expelled, moved out of his parents house into the cheapest, shadiest apartment that he could find, and worked odd jobs at all hours just to make enough cash to fuel his addictions and scrape by on his rent
- at the age of 20, he was left with few options. his sources of income had basically dried up, due to his inability to stay sober on the job. so he left texas and joined the military. he served in the army for five years, saved what money he could, then retired from service. toying with the idea of an injury of some sort being the reason for his early retirement, but I've made no solid decisions regarding that yet.
- he chose recolle as his destination at the age of 25, because it was affordable, and it was a place that he wasn't bound to run into his estranged younger brother (at least, he hoped, his brother had bigger aspirations than joining him in the gutter).
- without a high school diploma, his options for work are limited, but his military training meant that he made a pretty formidable security guard
- he was able to kick the drinking and drug habit while he was in the military, but he has since returned to the bottle once retiring from active duty; it's not yet clear whether or not this is an issue

LOOKING FOR: castmates would be great, but not necessary; basically looking for family, friends, maybe a solid place for him to work, some coworkers, maybe some old military buddies. past and/or future flings are also fun. you know, the usual. hit me up, I'm open for a lot of possibilities. dean is a pretty flexible character.

Koutarou, whom I already have in game, has in the past and not as much in the present, gone to the ER because he gets into various accidents because he draws and walks at the same time. At most it's a broken bone ot two, but most people working at the ER would have tired of this weird guy.. But maybe Alex could have treated Koutarou's injuries at some points?

- Her dad had a very well-paying job as the financial/estate manager for a local rich guy (they were old college friends). But he and his wife chose to live a modest life, and most of the excess money was put towards Cheria's education.
- Grew up in the city, graduated, and continued to attend college here. Loves this city and is very protective of it.
- Was too busy being ~responsible~ in High School to be in many clubs, but was Class Secretary in the Student Counsel for a few years.
- She's going to nursing school, but is very passionate about also giving back to the community (since... no student loans and all that. Gotta give back).
- She volunteers as a ride along EMT, and also gives time at the weekend at the local Boys & Girls club looking after unruly TEENS. Because she loves them and their sucky attitude.
- Has a deep love for Musical Theater, but has never actually been in a drama club. Just loves to go to shows when she can find the time (which is rarely).
- Official Mom Friend of any friend group she's a part of.

LOOKING FOR:Any! One! I've been stalking this game for a bit, but I'm very very new here :') so I'm down to clown for whatever ideas others have. Some ideas that spring to mind...
- GRANDPA!!!! I have a backstory kind of planned out, but that can be changed to fit someone's already existing backstory.

Basically, a nice family that he can actually like and not want to murder, friends he can trust. Have a boyfriend that's not another runaway cult member, and a cat that's actually his and not his stab-happy subordinates. Actually go to school without being forced to drop out by faking his death. Make him not so incredibly clever.

I'm thinking he'd be volunteering at the animal shelter working part-time at the cat cafe. Have knitting or sewing as a hobby, maybe. And video games. Actually not hate dogs because they remind him of his father's followers.

He'll be genuinely friendly and not the least two-faced or manipulative. Having him actually be bad in school is something that's appealing to me at the moment. He'd still be a fan of books but I don't want him to be able to read things in a dozen languages. It would be pretty great if he only knew English and no other languages. I have no idea what he'd want to do with his future yet, I'll figure something out.

Otherwise I haven't got much planned. I'll be using another account for him until he gets his normal hair and eye color back, but I'm thinking of letting him have the black hair he had when he was a kid, and maybe making his eyes brown. Also thinking of giving him glasses, at least when he reads, because he looks good in them when he wears them.

Not sure how I could throw Kamui here into Zachary's life. He's deeeeefinitely not a church person. He did, however, spend a year in juvenile detention, so maybe the church could have had a pastor or volunteer over at one point? It's also possible that they could have just met at a bar, and Kamui drank him under a table until Zachary learned he was underage and dragged him out? Kamui makes custom blades in this AU, so he could make medieval weaponry at some point as well.

- Born to a mother who had no need or want for a child, Aerith suffered until a concerned new neighbor alerted the police that a baby had been crying in the next apartment over for hours upon hours. She was found dirty, alone and starving in her crib. She was hospitalized until she was a healthy weight and then entered Foster Care.

- Was adopted when she was five years old, into a small lonely house where it was just her and her parents. Aerith, used to being around lots of other children found herself totally lost now that she was on her own. School filled the void though, and she threw herself into everything it had to offer.

- Even though she wasn't particularly athletic Aerith tried to do a bit of everything in school, but in the end she settled for volunteering after school instead of sports or clubs. Right through to high school she volunteered at the local orphanages/food kitchens/hospitals/animal shelters doing whatever she could to help out.

- She went into university for social work and continued to volunteer as much as she was able but with classes and exams and a new burgeoning social life the volunteering fell to the wayside a little. She graduated near the top of her class and immediately dove into finding work.

- Aerith is a complicated person, but she strives to appear as uncomplicated as possible. She always has a smile and a helping hand to lend, especially if you seem like you need help. She has a bit of a hero complex, and it's gotten her in trouble more than once...maybe even more than twice. But her own experiences and what she's seen countless people go through have left her jaded. She's still trying to work out her place in life, and find family (who care about her) and friends to share it with. If you need help, she'll do everything in her power to make sure you get it.

LOOKING FOR: People that she went to school with, and people from all the places that she volunteers/volunteered at! She isn't too close to her parents and doesn't have any adopted family, but I'm all up for her failure of a mother to have had other children! Really looking for people that she's working with now...especially the type that doesn't mind her following like a duckling as she learns. Unfortunately, he passed away, leaving the widowed Mrs. Brisby to raise her children all on her own. Her little troublemakers (so far) are Kamui (foeyay) and Katsuki (eruptive). She's had a rough time with it, given her poor literacy and her background as a farm girl, but she's been doing her very best. She's willing to try and conquer her anxieties and fears for the sake of her children. She's lived in Recolle most of her married life, even if before meeting Johnathan she mostly lived out in the countryside.
LOOKING FOR: Children!! Being a mother is probably the most important aspect of her character, and it would be much more fun to have kids that aren't NPCs. I would especially be interested in one or two kids that are plagued with some kind of illness, to reflect Timothy in canon! Otherwise I think good preexisting CR should be with other mothers in the neighborhood (between Veia and Chata, I'm thinking), or strangers that knew Johnathan.

A mother looking for children is a great thing to randomly spot when you have a child looking for a family. J having a single mother with several children instead of a single father with several children would be much less complicated. (Because said father is the founder of a terrorist cult that J is the strategist/third in command of.) I'm not looking to app him this round because I'm apping another character, and I've come up with a few details not in his workshop comment, but if you would like him he'd happily be her son. I also wouldn't mind having him have some sort of illness, if so, though I have no idea what kind.

By following and anticipating upcoming trends in technology rather than holding fast to outdated systems, they've moved seamlessly from being factory owners to software developers, and now the largest generation of Regnault children yet (eight siblings in all) appear poised to take over the city with ever-diversifying spheres of influence.
- Ren is the second of those eight children. His older brother will inherit the business interests, so he is expected to take his uncle's place in city politics. There are four boys and four girls in this branch of the Regnault family, with two sisters after Renard in the birth order, a boy, two more girls, and then the final boy.
- Ren is also lazy, perpetually bored due to an insufferable blend of high intelligence, high arrogance, and low investment in the world around him, and a dyed in the wool instigator. The only time a situation tends to grab his interest is when it has enough potentially volatile component parts to make stirring the pot entertaining.

- He's getting all of his education on his family's dime, naturally, so he doesn't take school all that seriously and, as such, is still nowhere near graduation at 21 years old. The family have threatened to cut him off and give his opportunities and responsibilities to the next in line, though, so he's scored himself an internship with a prominent city politician to mollify them.
- Other than messing with people both on the macro and micro scale, his interests include personal styling (fashion, doing hair and makeup for himself or others, etc), European history (weirdly enough, his favourite classes in school), languages (he speaks several, English and French both being spoken in his home), and he's the most incredible coffee snob you've ever met. Think "kopi luwak is overrated" coffee snob.
- Personality-wise, he's an excellent social chameleon, but particularly astute people can see through his falseness and will probably despise him or just have no time for him.

LOOKING FOR: Family??? Could be distant cousins, aunts and uncles, siblings, whatev! • That's kind of a great summation of him, but a better one is that he's actually just angry about how much he secretly cares for children. He will bitch and moan and gripe, but what a child needs, Yukimi's grumpy ass provides.
• In canon, he and his younger sister, Kazuho, lived in a household with a physically abusive father; Yukimi defended his sister as best he could, until finally a physical altercation was so bad that it left Yukimi with permanent scarring, and saw his father off to prison. After that, the siblings were alone, until they were taken underneath the wing of a particular opportunist.
• As far as his AU backstory goes, I'm going to see him having been in the foster system for quite some time—haven't decided whether he stayed with or without his sister during foster care. But I do know that he developed very much into the role of an older brother for many of his foster siblings over the years, and so that fierce protectiveness of children remains and perhaps is even emphasized.
• Except he's still a grumpy ass, having turned out as quite the delinquent. He got a lot of it out of his system during his teens, but some of the attitude definitely remains here in adulthood.
• He's a journalist in canon, and I'm trying to decide how to include his writing in this AU. I could easily go the journalist route for him here as well, but I'm toying with the idea of him being a teacher—literature? Japanese? Photography? Several possibilities. He'd be such a crabby teacher, not wanting to deal with disrespectful or annoying kids more than necessary, but he'd also be in the perfect position to be a Concerned Teacher for Problem Children or kids who are struggling. I may go ahead and think about other careers as well though...
• In canon, he loses his right arm at age 27 in an altercation. I've been pondering what sort of injuries he may have sustained in this AU, but I'm still thinking about it. I'm also trying to decide how fresh to keep that for him—is he still early in the adjustment period of lacking this arm, or has he been living with it for some time... etc. Either way, physical therapy at a medical center could create potential CR if there are any other characters who receive routine medical treatment somewhere.
• He fucking loves cats. He is crazy about cats. He acts down to earth about it, but he so is not. He will do anything for a cat.
• Probably a food blogger, trying out local restaurants. Sometimes goes too far and ends up blogging through a binged-out haze. Known for never missing an opportunity to include pictures of his cat(s?), even if he has to create those opportunities himself.
• Still trying to decide how he ended up in Recolle! Whether he was here since childhood in the foster system, whether he came over from Japan... I'll figure it out.
• Still tends to go just by "Yukimi", habitually, but he'll introduce himself as Kazuhiko if it suits the situation, so people are free to call him that as well. He resented his surname for a long time, it being the name of a man who caused himself and his sister so much harm, but at the same time, Yukimi was an angry child, and couldn't accept any of the foster parents he had as actual parental figures to him. "Yukimi" is, in some ways, a bit of a reclamation for him, and also a reminder and relic of his self-destructive refusal to form familial relationships with adults. This means, though, that he Gets It when other foster kids do the same.
• All in all, he's hotheaded and irritable, but if he cares about something, good god, he cares so freaking much.

LOOKING FOR:
• Unruly children who need a hand. Well-behaved children who need a hand regardless. He's such a dad even if he won't admit it, and I'm eager to play with that.
• Potential students if I go through with him being a teacher??? His teaching style would depend on how he feels on any given day; some classwork will be held to high standards and taught very seriously, but in other cases, he'll give the sort of meme quizzes kids post pictures of to twitter for viral cred, or tell the class to be quiet and not bother him while he watches cat videos on his phone or blogs about food. He's a procrastinator and his students are likely to sometimes suffer for that.
• Other people who have been or are in the foster system.
• Drinking buddies?! Get him going and let him show you his favorite cat videos on youtube.
• Anyone you think would jive with him!!!

Would you be interested in Mama Brisby having hired him a few times in his teenage years to take care of her (admittedly foul-tempered) children?
