AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER
Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this.
• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

oh, buffy summers would be endlessly fascinating, both before and after memory regains considering the inherent similarities between their individual universes. I would so be here for that. I’m also new to this au, so we can take this learning curve on together! maybe help each other out a little, haha.

BUT OH BOY. I am totally here for some kind of wholesome cr between dean, foggy and nat. I love both foggy and nat, and I think it would be really great to start the game with some kind of established cr. is foggy also a new app? I should find them on here and drop them a line if that’s the case. also, nat, you have to get better taste in crushes. ~~but pls, just imagine dean beating up boys for nat cause omg~~

Like Natasha, her memories could be a jumble given she's experienced being different people at different times. Hell she was even a rat. Plus some of the monsters and nightmarish scenarios. Definitely something her and Dean could bond over.

sent a request your way! they would 100% bond on the monster hunts and nightmare scenarios. and hey, he and buffy can trade notes on what it's like to be sent to heaven or hell, since they've both crossed over to go in one direction or the other. now that would be an interesting to play out once memory regains were acquired.

I found him! I left a message on his comment, just waiting for them to get back to me now! I'm open to tweaking dean's story a little bit to line up with some time in new york with foggy, since I kind of have him growing up in texas right now. thankfully there's a lot of wiggle room. I mean, dean was a knight of hell at some point, so that's gotta be up there with rage monster, right? ~~I can imagine it so easily and it just amuses me honestly, nat's like "dean pls he kind of needs that face" and dean's like "well he should've thought of that five minutes earlier."~~

Added! Absolutely, plus being the older sibling. I still have my issues with Dawn even existing but it was a neat plot device... kind of lol. I mean, those are even fake memories so good god. Issues galore. I had actually forgotten that that really is a thing they can talk about. What an idiot. And which one gets remembered first. Plus Buffy's died twice and Dean's died at least, what? Three or four times now?

Awesome!! Well, military too so I'm sure that's easy to tweak for crossing paths. Maybe lol. I think it is definitely up there with rage monster. ~~Is he still gonna love pie? Because she would make him at least buy her pie or tacos to make up for ruining cute faces~~

I've lost track of the amount of times that dean has died, honestly, they do their best to stay dead, but the universe just wants the winchester's to keep going, man. but yessss, older sibling, both know what being dead and coming back feels like, dead parent complex, whole world turned upside down so that they can go and hunt the things that bump in the night, like... they have a whoooooole lot in common.

yes, it's definitely easy to tweak his movement considering he was in the military for a good 5 years. super easy for him to be stationed somewhere in new york, or he could have moved there before joining the military too. but he was kind of a mess before he joined the military. ~~there's absolutely no way he is not going to love pie, and she can totally bake him pie and make him tacos, they will be his favourite.~~

This is making me want to explore them so bad right now. If only I could enable you to a game I'm already in with Buffy but there is unfortunately a Dean. ~~for now~~. I'll be honest, I'm still only about halfway through 9 because I stopped watching for a while. I'll be sure to catch up though if this happens. God, I need it to happen lol.

supernatural has been... an adventure. I can always throw up an open post somewhere where we can just casually au them! I’m always open for some casual cross-canon fun with no high key commitments when comm things get overwhelming.

Yes, let's do it! I have an open rp post on Nat's journal but I should really do one for Buffy's as well.

I love that at the end of the day he's a man with simple needs.

he's such a simple man with extremely simple needs. give him a good piece of pie and he forgets the harsh reality of his day.
