AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER
Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this.
• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.

- From the American Mid-west, small town
- Family is 'small town' rich, not really hugely wealthy but they live in the biggest house in town
- Dad is also the mayor
- One of those extremely hands-on small town politicians who is involved in everything
- Everyone knew his name cause of his dad
- Moved to basically g e t a w a y, thank you university
- Kind of meandering through life, never gave much throught to overall goals
- more confident and self-assured than canon due to no superpowered berserker side or traumatic childhood event
- COLOSSAL WEEB, owns a flea market katana. He is the BIG ANIME FAN. His room is full of figures and wall scrolls.
- Is pretty much totally supported by family but works at the college radio station anyway
- his radio persona is THE DEMON PRINCE and he dresses like a total tool in the studio even if nobody can see it, mock him
- Has a recurring problem of being UNABLE TO SAY NO so please don't bully him and take advantage of his tender nature
- Remains a horrible monster who cannot stop headpatting people

Well yes Elliot loves spotify too-- but it's important to support the local radio stations!! Even if their DJs dress like giant tools.

Also Elliot's interning at the Recolle Volunteer Association (ReVA) - cause what's a Class VIIer without doing a bunch of random work for people - if that's something Rean would take part in.

I mean Rean and volunteer work, it's a total stretch I know but....

To be fair he never VOLUNTEERS, he just literally cannot refuse.

But the Eternal Sucker ending up there too is very likely.

Oh yeah fair warning: Elliot's had a couple regains that had Rean in them. Nothing spoilery, but enough that Elliot will sure be "!!!!!!!!" when he meets Rean in person.

Hello hi aigis/Angela here is a local, struggling/starving musician who plays at local coffee shops and clubs when possible. Can rean play her dumb songs on the college radio station and maybe they know each other or are even friends??

She is very nice and won't even make fun of him for dressing like a total tool

YES THAT WORKS.

He'd always be looking for local music to play since that'd actually give people a reason to listen beyond just using their phone or whatever

also please no bully his dumb outfit

why have a flea market katana when you can meet a guy owns a real one ~~along with half of recolle~~

... and is also one of elliot's housemates.
