They were!! Roderic would have been known for being very shy and hiding behind things before opening up to people. The nickname Rodnyan definitely make him smile since he thinks the nickname is cute and silly and like Algira in return. \ o /

Also yes Roddy and Koutarou need to have met!! Maybe Roderic comes in with all the money he saved (in a jar and everything) to ask for a little painting to be made for someone he cares for? Then he just keeps visiting Lemon Leaf Atelier because the art is so pretty and wants to ask questions?

Like we discussed Ainsley will be her friend and try to lend with the kids but the bacKSTORY HER HEART??? I feel like that's how they met or something- Heard about the incident or was there somehow and was very angry and defended Ursula. Few times Ainsley was willing to throw down right there and then.

And I'm bringing in my other OC, Roderic (foretellable), and he'll like her a lot due to her personality and her being so nice like- He'll be in awe and stuff?? ; w ; Just give her little gifts or something when he drops by whatever classroom she's in and will try his hardest to make sure this one doesn't explode on her?? He wants to make her smile.

Depending on how long he's been volunteering at the orphanage, he could have known Roderic (foretellable)! Roderic has been there all his life and was probably known for being very quiet but very smart and sweet before he got adopted at eight, had some issues going down with that family like whoa, and then was happily adopted by another family who looks after him now. He's turning ten now so. Will that be plausible? :|a

AU AGE: Late 30s...getting close to 40 (seriously he looks way younger than he is)
AU OCCUPATION: Japanese sword instructor for free/Model for living expenses
BLURB:
- Born in Japan but moved to Recolle at a very young age with his parents where he went to school and grew up
- Taught to use Japanese swords by his father and has cherished the art of the sword since then even though he's never participated in tournaments
- Moved out into his own place and began offering lessons in Japanese swordsmanship for free. Which he quickly realized...doesn't pay the bills. Whoops.
- Gets offered a modeling job at around 20 and quickly gains popularity with that due to his seemingly eternal youth and androgynous features
- Continues to model and give those sword lessons on the side at his place. Tends to be easily recognizable by when he goes out and fans know him by his stage name "Koga".
- Has a habit of calling his fans his children
- Lots of rumors about what his real age is but he never actually tells anyone the real answer so no one knows more beyond "Koga is older than he looks!"
- Habit of adopting others and letting them stay at his decently sized property if they need it and generally being a father to them.
- Enjoys going out for tea or to admire any scenary
- Yep, he's still a model, guys. And he treats all of his fans well. Those who hire him as well which explains why people want to keep working with him.
- Keeps a pair of crows as pets and they've appeared in some photoshoots with him.
- Uhhhh that's all I can think of for now! But I'll make a response with any additions I might come up with if needed!

- People who might want those free lessons
- People he's "adopted" who like to crash at his place (note that he's not letting you take advantage of him and he will kick you out of the nest like a father bird should if you try)

Maybe he catches her doing graffiti sometimes and gives her brutally honest unsolicited commentary? He's Been There Done That with gang business so he probably sees her as such a kid, real gang or not... but a precious kid

☼ Came to Recolle his freshman year in high school when he was scouted for the baseball team as their star pitcher.
☼ (Scouted because the scout saw him slap a bunch of people on the Apprassage middle school team for insulting his team. Smh.)

☼ He's very loud and very stupid: he has often been compared to a dog in canon, and it's not at all wrong.

Yato is a bartender/bar lackey at Chuuya's Inkwell so maybe he and Tony know each other casually from there?! Yato probably tried one of Tony's novels and liked it, but every novel after that put him in a state of disillusionment when he realized how formulaic Tony's writing is... He'd say as much to Tony's face if asked, so if you want a guy who who complains about books to their author then boy Yato's the guy

• He's a former professionally-trained nurse who's switched to homeopathic medicine... but still sends most of his customers to get professional treatment. Aside from sham medicines, he probably actually also prescribes weed, lmao
• He's a new father, having adopted a young kid that was homeless and no one seemed to be able to claim. He's really involved in his son's life!
• He has a dog-walking route where he walks this beautiful dog on a regular basis! ....He will pet literally everyone else's dogs too, though. Reigen loves dogs.

I wrote so much on his app if you want to comb through that more!

LOOKING FOR:
• Doctors that know him, whether they think he's a scam artist taking money from guillible people or whether they appreciate that he's getting homeopathic patients into actually effective professional treatments...
• Maybe patients of his?? He tends to keep a good rapport with most of them.
• Other parents, particularly of middle school age kids, adopted kids or who are single parents. They can either appreciate him offering advice or find him absolutely insufferable because despite only being a dad for about four years, he tells other people how they can raise their kids.

• Orphan - mother died when he was a wee babe, and father when he was around seven, so he’s been in the orphanage/on his own ever since it was legal.
• Interns at the local newspaper.
• Also works part-time as a waiter because the scholarship is great but he still needs to eat.
• Couldn’t cook to save his life, though. He pretty much burns water.
• Banned from working in the fast food industry after nearly burning down a McDonald’s. Anyone who works there has probably heard the story tbh.
• Secret theater buff?? He doesn’t talk about it openly but he knows all the theater owners in town and will lurk in the theaters from time to time.
• In his (limited) free time, Jack volunteers at the orphanage and other charity events! Even if it’s just something dumb like donating art or writing some fluff piece for a page in the paper that no one actually looks at.
• Will happily fight you if you bully his friends or some kids within his line of sight.
• Will also be super uncomfortable if you invite him to your house because family environments?? What do?? Please don’t bring him to meet your family (by which i mean please do.)
• Lowkey adopted by all the older ladies in town because they like how he flatters them.
• He’s a charmer!
• And a hopeless flirt and a heartbreaker. Look out, ladies, Jack’s coming for you! And he’ll leave you again after a date or two.
• Also has no sense of personal space, prepare for your bubble to be invaded.
• Does freelance artwork on occasion for extra cash. And he’s good at it, but he will laugh at anyone who actually comments on that. He’s not gonna be just another starving artist, tyvm.
