HE'LL THINK ABOUT IT, it's mainly a customer service thing though and I think you've mentioned he doesn't get along with people well? so chuuya is usually ok with giving people a chance but he'd want to interview him first and go over everything and make sure he's willing to be friendly and make small talk with people and all that! since he'd probably have anyone new working on taking orders/etc and making sure they work out before he gets them actually trained in bartending.

ABOUT: Canonically, the World's Greatest Thief™ who used to be the World's Greatest Detective™, until she ended up getting bored with being at the top of her career track at age 18 and decided to try playing the other side of the chessboard for a change. Brilliant, a polyglot, competitive to a fault, always educational, usually flirtatious, and in constant need of taking it down about seventeen notches, which she naturally never does.

In Recolle she's essentially the same, except that rather than being a detective or a thief (yet), she spent her time as an insurance claims investigator until the point when she was injured on the job (spoilers: she got shot), and her former legal guardians basically made her take a leave of absence and come to Recolle to recuperate. "Recuperating" lasted all of about ten seconds, and now she's currently spending her time administrating the Sandiego Foundation, which focuses its efforts on supporting the arts, education, funding scholarships for students, and other general philanthropic endeavors that promote knowledge and an appreciation for geography and history.

CURRENTLY: She's about to remember the conversation that initially set her on the path toward becoming a thief, which is likely to give her a lot to ponder over. With school starting, she's also available to fund scholarships for people who may be in need of them, and otherwise there are a lot of little idle CR things I'd like to have her do, like taking up dance lessons and forging some connections in the community and just generally having more of a public presence.

WANTED CR: PEOPLE SHE CAN CONFIDE IN. Carmen is notoriously difficult to get to open up about her feelings because she tends to project such an aura of confidence and self-sufficiency, but I'd really like to net her some CR with people who can get past her exterior and give her the opportunity to talk about a lot of the things that are bothering her. In regards to Kurt, Sakura miiiight go the route of discrimination? It wouldn't be for long since she's not really that kind of person, but once she starts getting her own regains, Kurt could be something like the physical representation of everything she dislikes about herself (feeling non-human, like a monster, hahaha). Or it might not happen like that at all, but it's a possibility!

Also I love Byakuya, I need me more of that CR. I can see Sakura being oddly patient with him. Maybe they can meet at McDonalds and Sakura tries to gently let someone know they got her order wrong.

WANTED CR: Like ghosts? He can interpret for you! They seem to be the type of company he doesn't mind too much. Just a small handful of people he already knows to confide in as well, so it's not all self-destruction theatre. It's unlikelier with new CR, but we never know, huh?
