In regards to Kurt, Sakura miiiight go the route of discrimination? It wouldn't be for long since she's not really that kind of person, but once she starts getting her own regains, Kurt could be something like the physical representation of everything she dislikes about herself (feeling non-human, like a monster, hahaha). Or it might not happen like that at all, but it's a possibility!

Also I love Byakuya, I need me more of that CR. I can see Sakura being oddly patient with him. Maybe they can meet at McDonalds and Sakura tries to gently let someone know they got her order wrong.
