WANTED CR: Like ghosts? He can interpret for you! They seem to be the type of company he doesn't mind too much. Just a small handful of people he already knows to confide in as well, so it's not all self-destruction theatre. It's unlikelier with new CR, but we never know, huh? People fretting over this child who's obviously lacking sleep and losing a lot of weight is good too, but like I've already said before, he's going to be reasonably uncooperative spilling his secret that Ryoji died because of him.
NOT INTERESTED IN: Him getting caught in his new bad habit is a solid "maybe", but he's pretty careful so I wouldn't want the whole police force knowing about his troubles!
