HE'LL THINK ABOUT IT, it's mainly a customer service thing though and I think you've mentioned he doesn't get along with people well? so chuuya is usually ok with giving people a chance but he'd want to interview him first and go over everything and make sure he's willing to be friendly and make small talk with people and all that! since he'd probably have anyone new working on taking orders/etc and making sure they work out before he gets them actually trained in bartending.
