HE'LL THINK ABOUT IT, it's mainly a customer service thing though and I think you've mentioned he doesn't get along with people well? so chuuya is usually ok with giving people a chance but he'd want to interview him first and go over everything and make sure he's willing to be friendly and make small talk with people and all that! since he'd probably have anyone new working on taking orders/etc and making sure they work out before he gets them actually trained in bartending.

That's fair. And yea, Orion's customer service record is mostly cashiering and.... he's not... great at it. He can ring someone up and get out them out the store. But he does have a tendency to get snippy if he's frustrated enough. So he may not be considered proper material by that standard.

Also, what is smalltalk? He's never heard of it.

yeah unfortunately chuuya probably wouldn't go for it then :x he's definitely still welcome to hang out there though and interview if he wants! but chuuya wouldn't really be down for people getting snippy with customers unless they really had it coming and he feels like talking to people is important for a bartender, or at least being good at listening to people's Issues.
