AU WORKSHOP - NOVEMBER Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. i’m actually really loving this because eren gets along a lot more with his mom’s side than his dad’s side too, so this. completely matches.

but man, excellent. he’s also in a bit of a confused spot with retrospec as he learns about them and while he doesn’t think they’re really going about a lot of things in a good way (IT COULD BE A LOT BETTER) he.................. wants to understand more about their project so he doesn’t particularly hate them enough to want to drive them into a wall. surprisingly.

I love Twelve so so much, holy crap I'm so excited to see him...!! One of my characters is Mafuyu here who is 16 (junior in hs) and would love to be friends! She's a bit of a troublemaker who cuts class a lot, would probably buy homework off him, but in general, just fun times? Messing around, that sort of thing?

Moms are great! It works out really well.

Yeaaah, Alice is much more of a 'punch first, ask questions later,' kind of person but Eren can probably convince her to not immediately be wildly distrustful of retrospec. I already... have her first network post planned, lmao, and she's already mad (LET HER CALL HER MOM YOU JERKS?) but she trusts Eren so yeah, he'd be pretty influential.

Aaaaah this is going to be so great, it really is a family thing. I had a feeling something like this would develop between them, I don't know all of AoT but I do know enough to know Eren is not always the most thoughtful character and I think they're going to be really, really fun to play together

But I'M GLAD YOU LIKE THEM?? because oh gosh your ideas are super cute too and I've just been ridiculously giddy and excited thinking about all of this THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST ;_;!! Ugh but stargazing as kids though, THAT'S TOO ADORABLE?? Zhong Hui could point out where all the constellations are and Xiaolang could try to map them out, and it would probably spark Xiaolang's fascination with the moon (which is appropriate, given his magic in canon draws from it, HAHA) THESE TWO TSUNDERE COUSINS THOUGH-- they probably act casual and aloof around one another most of the time, but if something happens to the other (like if one gets sick or something), they'll probably fret up a storm and make sure the other is okay because they're large dweebs like that ;u; ALSO?? How secretive would Zhong Hui be about his love for video games around Xiaolang? Because I could sort of see him watching Zhong Hui over his shoulder while he plays games when he has nothing else to do and like-- backseat games for him by telling him where he should go or who he should hit and Zhong Hui could just be like ... Xiaolang let me play in peace P L E A S E

... also I'm terrible and my mind immediately went to Mei Ling for the dog's name when I read that, but that would be rude to any potential Meilin appers HAHA (not that I think we'd get any because she's Anime-only and Syaoran is from the manga, but still...) Gosh those are all too cute though?? I can see how it's hard to pick, they're all too good ;-; No doubt Xiaolang's going to be cuddling her more often than not when he's struggling over his romantic woes SOBS

she's already seen him act cute over a certain girl on the network. and she is a hard core romantic. help her tease him Zhong, and then quietly push these two lovebirds together.

he's basically her canon brother, just toned down a little. but yes, he's one of those brothers XD she'll be so surprised at first that Zhong knows what she looks like, and then realize she shouldn't have been surprised at all. b/c big brother.

Except that I'm endlessly amused you chose Olivia as her name, since I made Freya's first name Olive and she is incredibly, utterly embarrassed about it. Calling her by her first name (repeatedly) is one of the quickest ways to her shitlist.

Shinji Hirako | Bleach

AU NAME: Shinji Hirako (same).
AU AGE: 20.
AU OCCUPATION: University student.
BLURB:

• - Shinji is Japanese and has moved to Recolle to attend university as a big middle finger to his family.
• - Basically he's the 5th generation of a family of swordsmiths whose main focus are on expensive shinsakuto. Upon hearing it was his turn to do a long ass apprenticeship, Shinji got into the argument of all arguments with his parents. He sure didn't want to spend that long doing such a strict, regimed apprenticeship. He's young, there's a world to see, things to do, foods to eat and people to chat up. The argument was bad enough he got kicked out of the house for a few days and so Shinji decided that he'd rather go do something so terrible and heinous that it would haunt his parents for years to come....
• - ....He opted to sign up to transfer to an American University and take on a Creative Arts degree. Take that, parents. Every month or so Shinji makes a ceramic mask of sorts and send it back to his family in Japan, just because he's an asshole. His parents would be okay if he came back but that's not the point anymore, this life is way more interesting than back home.
• - Is the epitome of the student that would do well enough in his classes if he dragged his ass out of bed and attended them, most likely has "could do better" stamped on all his reports. Can often be found lounging around in places around campus and off of it, looking like he has nothing better to do.
• - Dyes his hair blond.
• - Drags his words, Shinji's english is almost sing song and tonal in what he thinks it should sound like opposed to what it actually does. Shinji is just trying to imprint his own thick Kansai-ben accent into his english. It almost sounds like some really terrible Texan accent.
• - Has been in Recolle for a year now and is still surviving on instant food and junk. Still manages to look like a beanpole regardless.
• - Shinji also wears a flat cap and has his tongue pierced. Sorry Recolle, some fashion senses are so bad they just can't be AU'ed.
• - Whilst not lecherous or creepy, Shinji will definitely try and get a date out of someone if they catch his interest. Easily gets the message with a no.
• - Stays in the dorms at Apprassage.
• - Rumour has it that Shinji has a First Mate badge from the Big Burger challenge. Some whispers even say he has a captain badge. Shinji will neither confirm nor deny said rumour or show what badge he has.

LOOKING FOR: Everything, anything. I am absolutely down for friends, besties, roomies, ex-boyfriends or girlfriends, and class mates. I am also fine with family members such as cousins and the likes. Direct family members i.e sibling I am happy with if someone wants to shoehorn them in the swordsmith stuff, I'm totally down with rewriting things to fit siblings in. Also absolute a-okay with enemies, rivals and negative cr. Want Shinji to have dropped coffee down someone's shirt and it's now evolved into a full on war? Hit me up.

Oh no, this is wonderful! Rossiu's uncle is in law enforcement (somewhere, I haven't decided exactly where yet) so it's possible they know each other from that!

He could! Don't expect him to be a reliable employee though. He'll get the job done but for excellent service he gives he's twice as likely to slack off or be less than pleasant.

He'll expect things but that's just his nature. Mostly a teasing "hey when will we make this official" even if this is nowhere near romantic, etc.

Reed's eighteen and will be the class clown for everybody. He also works as a mechanic, so things that might come up, even if she doesn't do much with it.

(Sure! If you want them to be exes, Cain is pretty chill about breakups. Unless they broke up in a bad way. As for his thing with commitment- he wouldn't outright say "oh I'm in other relationships" but he wouldn't hide it either. We could also lead them down the path of a future hookup if you want! In which case, Jamie would probably know how much Cain gets around since they're friends. I'm cool with whichever. :) )

Hmm... if it was bad, like shouting matches and kicking him out of her apartment/house or something then Cain's probably bitter to some extent. If she ratted his criminal tendencies to the cops, he'd definitely harbor a lot of anger. Ultimately he's self-centered so Cain'd be focused on himself.

He'd definitely be the type to be like "look I've moved on" if he ran into her in public. He wouldn't be the type to go out of his way to rub it in Rin's face

If it was bad but salvageable then Cain's probably just like "betcha regret not keeping me around, huh?" and generally having a better attitude about the whole thing.

I'm cool with either because if we wanted them to patch things up towards a path of positive CR with a bad break up, it's doable.
