I'm open for any of those possibilities honestly!! Which one do you think would be the most fun for playing out? c: I know Kath has been in and out of her father's offices more times than she can count, so if their fathers worked together/Seto's dad works at the offices too, then they could have met that way.

And I see in your blurb you were looking for people that might tell him to stop working and go eat; Kath could certainly fill that role c: Or at least to eat while he's working, she understands needing to get things done but you're never going to make progress if your brain is getting dull and tired from lack of sustenance!

When was his dad killed? Her parents were murdered in an apparent mugging gone wrong about 12 years before the current day when she was just 4. (Naoto thinks there was more to it, but I've left that ~deliberately ambiguous~)

Incidentally, if he knew her back then, she was tomboyish but not actively presenting male, that's a more recent occurrence. So he'd either know her secret or be *sure* that she must have a twin sister.

i'm certain that mista's mom would have like, reached out to whatever the most significant parish in recolle was and metaphorically grabbed the priest by the collar like plEASE LOOK AFTER MY STUPID SON, so this totally works out. the message could have been passed along by whoever the previous priest was like "so yo heads up this guy's mom will literally call you from italy"

and yes that job timeline is about right, rip. he would also be p notable as like, a pretty irreverent person generally who is somehow at the same time totally serious about his faith. #itscomplicated. i do want mista to have a solid foundation in the church for when he starts getting his canon memories back to make his life as difficult as possible \o/

ahhh i am totally canonblind but this sounds awesome, i'd love for him to have more contacts through the church! he's gonna definitely be more invested in the church, or at least more active, than he is in canon because he's so damn homesick, so he'd've started socializing at church and then moved outwards to try to figure out wtf america is even About. so i imagine they'd have gotten to know each other pretty early??

BLURB: i have a plethora of ideas in my head so i will try my best to make express them coherently, remember that some ideas can be disregarded or i can add more later.

▷ his name and most of his features will remain unaffected purely for aesthetic reasons. although i believe his hair color isn't natural, so i'll have him dye his hair too (his natural color is black).
▷ japanese. above-average english level (forced himself to improve). single child. no SO. only one friend for the time being (hibiki). pretty much your usual average guy but with special features (TM)
▷ give him a chance, he's cool to talk with.
▷ canon-wise he's a third year high-school student, stressed over college and what not. but in this game i'll change that and i will have him starting or already enrolling the city's college alongside his buddy hibiki.
▷ he has been friends with hibiki for years and they're pretty much bros. so he kinda feels relieved he won't suffer alone in this city. better suffer with someone else, right?
▷ his parents most likely are going to aid him with money, but of course he needs to earn more to live like a decent college student (haha nice joke).
▷ his situation with his parents is not that good. he's not close to them but he's not distant either, it's complex. doesn't really talk about it and prefers it that way.
▷ although he seems pretty spineless and joyful, he has a low self-confidence for many reasons. however, he tries his best to cast away such negative feelings for the greater good.
▷ he also is a very forgetful person and at some point, lazy. dislikes working but chances are that he may end up working carrying boxes or being a clerk at some store somewhere for extra money and be self-sufficient, kinda. maybe other interesting or risky jobs to make things interesting.
▷ he'll suffer in college because he's lazy, so he'll have to work on that.
▷ however, i'll try to make him more assertive to also take advantage of the au benefits, though that doesn't mean he will stop being dumb.
▷ he likes to have deep talks with the right people, he does that with hibiki pretty often. even if it seems stupid.
▷ his love life sucks so i will skip that part of his life. let's say something cliche and stale like he had a gf but didn't work out and he hasn't had any other SO since then.
▷ seems to like vidya. also animanga. so he can defend himself when it comes to that, yeah.
▷ despite being clumsy, he likes fishing. plays soccer whenever he has the time even when he's not that good.
▷ he also likes girls a lot, yeah. he has some pervert moments but nothing out of the ordinary.
▷ he doesn't have a life goal yet, and he struggled to choose what to major, but he ended up giving psychology a shot. he has his reasons but he loves aiding people with words, and since he doesn't have the knack to be a doctor, an engineer or even a reporter. so he felt a better connection with a major like psychology.
▷ he has plans to start and/or run a IC blog that talks about weird stuff happening in the city with his friend hibiki, but this is just a feeble idea and i haven't pondered about the details thoroughly.

LOOKING FOR: anything goes. like really, friends — college friends. people asking him to do jobs since he will end up being broke as fuck soon enough. other old / childhood friends is also nice. intimate relationships are fine too, not necessarily romantic. angsty relationships are great since i love angst. chill folks. i don't know what else. perhaps rivals/enemies but he's not really someone that has the habit of making enemies. but if you have any idea, hit me up.
