AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER
Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this.
• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

Maybe Kiyoshi went to a couple of Alexander's parties as the "date" of some guest or other and they became acquainted? It could be a poor relationship because Kiyoshi is not the biggest fan of lawyers and that sort thanks to his father and Alexander would seem pretensions as fuck in his eyes, and because Kiyoshi was (and still low-key is) a prostitute etc (Kiyoshi would like his cat though, damn what a dilemma)

...I just need to say that I find this idea absolutely delightful, actually, holy shit. I am here for this, and I am likewise here for people finding him pretentious as fuck because look at him.

(Koko, meanwhile, is a Dignified Old Lady who is more fluff than cat and has one of those faces that looks profoundly disappointed in all of you, but she will deign to be petted by...pretty much everyone, tbh)

XD He will make a sour face every time he sees him.

(What a good Dignified Old Lady. Alexander doesn't deserve her. But somebody needs to balance out the pretentiousness by allowing petting and make his being bearable.)
