I can offer Laurent! Personality-wise he's fairly high class but he's also the son of a billionaire media mogul so sort of... COMPARED TO ARTS AND STUFF owning news channels and stuff might be considered too New Money or something? It depends on how you angle it since the company built itself up over three generations but equally it is earned money not inherited via fancy titles and land owning so by that definition, new money.

He's also Actually French and speaks it so yknow.

I AM FINE WITH EITHER APPROACH TO THIS CR.

I kinda want the Kimura's and Duvere's to know each other and perhaps AU!Oscar met him at a function after expressing to his parents a wish to know his roots.

So he got a friend he can snark with that puts him down about acting like a Eurosnob, but not actually BEING ONE.

I am up for this! c: Laurent is pretty ace at the art of being faux polite and integrating himself in social circles so he probably delicately dodges people at a lot of functions who like, low key want to suck up to his family or marry a daughter to him.

He would appreciate someone he can sit with in a corner and snark with tbh even if they're fake European.

DW friend he can help you fake some Parisian manners girls love it.

They might've even took some trips together to the homeland to help Severin out. Be helpful. /nods/

Maybe! Laurent tends to be very focused so he's probably a workaholic and preoccupied by making sure his brother is doing well, so if Severin came he'd probably feel a little third-wheely yknow. Laurent would try to be polite about it but it might be in that 'I WISH I COULD JUST STAY HERE AND INTERVIEW MY BROTHER FOR 12 HOURS ON EVERYTHING' way HAHA.
