AU WORKSHOP - JUNE Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. CANON: Lupin The Third
AU NAME: Serevin Kimura
AU AGE: N/A, he will be 22 in this place too.
AU OCCUPATION: Ballet Dancer at the local company in Recolle, he also has an apprenticeship at Recolle U as the assistant to the Dance Instructor there.
BLURB:
♔ Born a Frenchman, but adopted when he was two by a fairly well to do Japanese-American family that made their fortune in publishing and translation and they traveled often. Eventually they settled in Recolle when he was ten and he pretty much considers it his home. They instilled in him a love of arts, particularly Ballet.
♔ Despite all this wealth and privilege, he's not really all that good in navigating social media and prefer's to keep his privacy. So he depends on his friends to run all of his accounts. For good and for bad, and for the lolz.
♔ He cannot speak or write one word of his native French, but is bilingual in both English and Japanese.
♔ Has been the muse of a popular music artist that have put him dancing in their music video. This has led to some opportunities in modeling and other jobs, but he is fairly serious about his craft and is picky about where he appears.
♔ He plans to replace the instructor once she retires and he's past his peak as a Dancer. It never harms anything to plan for your future right?
♔ He has two older siblings: one runs the company in another city and the other is a socialite.
♔ He does tend to sort look down on others that don't have as much money or privilege as him. (No new money, no tabloid kings/queens and CERTAINLY no one lower class unless they are fascinating or talented.)
Of course, it's fairly ironic considering he was adopted into a wealthy family.Some say he's a 'snob', he'll just say he's very picky about who he hangs out with.♔ Despite this, has a notable weakness towards older rough blue-collar men and stunning, mischievous social climbing women that aren't shy about spending his money and getting him into trouble.
♔ Loves both of his parents, but is particularly the apple of his Mother's eye. (He's never cut his hair for her.)
♔ Is at his peak in the company right now, but isn't the principal male dancer in the company quite yet. It stresses him out quite a bit.
♔ Shares a apartment nearby the company with a roommate and surprisingly pays for his share of the rent and the utilities with his own money. (Everything else? His parents allowance.)
LOOKING FOR:
♔ Friends, the more interesting, and willing to push him out his rich/high class comfort zone, the better. EXTRA if you troll with his social media accounts.
♔ People to look down on. Are you trashy, uncouth and low class? Prepare for the negative CR.
♔ Are you part of a band? A clothes company? He will be your muse!
♔ Socialites, particularly if they are willing to be his older sibling and embarrass him.
♔ Fellow DANCERS! For companionship and rivalries!
♔ A roommate, preferably someone unfamiliar with snobby rich people.

Off-hand, I suspect she would probably qualify as "Low Class," unless he happens to like her flower shop, so they miiiiight have met at one of Emilie's functions if she was invited as a friend and +1. I doubt she'd be thought well of, though she is usually... usually polite.

We can play this by ear and see how he reacts. What qualifies as "Fascinating" can depend from situation to situation after all.

She's also a part time print model usually for the brands that sponsor her clothes etc. so!! They could be coworkers of some sort and vaguely passing as friends? Misa treats everyone as her friend!! Until you infringe on what's hers, and then the claws come out :)
