Hokay I am HERE. So Tony has a sorta...found how-does-I family relationship with Wesker who also works in research. For purposes I think we can say Alex's stuff just haps to take place in the same facilities so they...run into eachother sometimes when Tony's visiting Wesker which probs pisses the fuck out of security to have Tony wandering the building, BUT HEY. That gives Alex something to shit on and/or help him with.

He's got coffee and he's got...whatever shit he picked up from a food vendor by the road on the way over. You like roasted nuts, Alex? You do now /jazzhands.

Ftr if he locks Tony in a supply closet he's going to start carrying wire cutters and it's just going to go up and more questionable from here LOL.

we can definitely have shinn be a friend souji met while he was moving! like a recent one? since souji still does need that friendless background and his secret in a previous event was about that, so i can't change tooo much about that detail! so if it's like a year before souji moved to recolle then we can definitely do something like that! stay in contact with the forums

aw yissss, souji can definitely give him the tour of the place! reaching for the same kit could also happen during this tour like hey, i'll show you the store that i've been getting my kits from, the prices here are good. then they see that there's a sale and they're like !!!! and there's only one left of a model they both want and it's like playful

thank you! i'm having a lot of fun writing this AU for this exact reason. maybe he can actually learn to trust people and have friends this time?

acquaintances sound like a good idea, as mean, shallow, and power-hungry are exactly the kind of people that his parents would be friends with. and as kids of rich parents i can def see them sneaking off for partying and street racing and stuff.

AU AGE: 13
AU OCCUPATION: truant, son of a mob boss/shady politician/businessman with connections to crime
BLURB:

- half japanese, irish or scottish on his dad's side and japanese on his mom's
- slightly troubled family life
- his father is an ambitious and cutthroat crime lord or politician or businessman and his mom split up from him
- shou secretly keeps in touch with her, as she's in hiding from his father
- he doesn't attend school and mostly hangs around his father's/allies territory
- father is preening/aiming to induct him into his organization when he's older. shou's secretly trying to take him down
- doesn't exactly trust the law to do so, so he's hardly calling the cops on his dad haha
- gives off a bit of a teenage deliquent vibe, though he doesn't appear to be deeply involved with crime
- he's otherwise actually a friendly kind of kid? he likes drawing and cute animals and wrestling he just. has those shady connections to organized crime.

THIS IS A LITTLE SHAKY but I guess these are my ideas so far!! that said I'm totally open to having family for him but a lot of his background revolves around his troubled parents so y-yeah

LOOKING FOR: mob/crime/yakuza people? maybe people whose businesses/families have been intimidated/shaken down by his father's business/gang? he'd want to ally with people against his father.

also just kids his own age to be friends with or more stable adult figures in his life because he doesn't exactly have many. he's pretty independent and secretive about his situation, though.

OKAY HERE'S AN INTERESTING IDEA--

Would you be up for Chrom being recruited/hired into Reigen's homeopathy business? He uses a lot of massage/meditation/etc techniques (as well as convincing people to actually take proper medication when they need it) and actually hiring someone else to work with him would be a great tie to have!

I'm trying to decide if Eleanor and he would've bonded over being robot/engineering nerds when he was rapidly passing by her in high school, or if she would've been jealous of how insanely smart he is.

Cause she's got a gift, but it's just for engineering really. He's got it all. ...seriously no idea how this would go hmmmm.

I'm a little familiar. Superboy, clone, gets on/off tossed with the Legion in the future timeline by DC and has enough identity issues along with teenage hormones for a stadium, I think? DCAU childhood represent. Laughs, but this sounds perfect. Also gives me an excuse to tag you with things like Tony dragging Conner down red carpets at premieres and instructing him to wink at the sexy interview reporter old enough to be Conner's mom.

It'll be an education. Idk if it'll be a legal one, certainly not ethical, but hey life's too short okok.
