listen my stepsister is trying this thing where she eats a minuscule amount of peanut dust every day to slowly work up a tolerance for peanuts, so if all goes well in about 18 months she'll be able to eat at a restaurant without worrying about cross contamination, but then she has to eat three peanuts a day for the rest of her life or she'll lose it.

Brett here is also a high schooler (albeit a few years older than Yukine) who used to be a degenerate up until the last year or so when he decided to clean up his act, though he still has a reputation at school—in any case, he can, uh, have yelled at Yukine occasionally to CALM DOWN AND STOP DOING [INSERT DEGENERATE THING]... Also, he too likes small animals???

It was working pretty well but then she had a reaction to her dosage so they had to drop her back down to like, a quarter of a peanut a day... but honestly everyone agrees it'd be worth it, I had a friend who basically had to switch colleges because her school cafeteria was incapable of preventing cross contamination

I'm going to recreate the current storyline in game: Tuuri accidentally eats a peanut, everyone waits several months to see if something bad happens-- no okay I'm done

Fab!! Yato was a host of questionable charm for a couple months maybe before gently being let go for his own good. He would've been friendly with Tuuri back then too!! Nowadays he is probably still invested in work gossip and asks Tuuri about the club's goings-on... and totally chatters a lot about his current work at a bar called the Inkwell! Also he's a bum and she might catch him sleeping in public places sometimes but he's fine, it's fine

OH EXCELLENT she needs some more mellow friends to balance out her Everything in combination with all of the bad influences she's surrounded by here. It seems like they're both pretty similar, though, and I think they might mesh! Between him and Eijun she'll probably end up supporting their baseball endeavors, even if all of her time in detention means she'll probably only be able to catch the tail-end of some of their games!
