AU NAME: Planning to alter his name, but it's probably just gonna be something like Yeshua or along those lines, unless I get some other inspiration.
AU AGE: 32 years old
AU OCCUPATION: Interior designer

BLURB:

• ⚠ This particular point is still especially rough, some of the abilities might be changed on later date.
  
  Born in Palestine, but has moved around the world to challenge himself and be independent ever since he was 16. He was constantly on the lookout for something new, jumping from one line to another the moment he felt like he's learned enough. He has finally settled down in Recollé for the past two years, and hasn't had the urge to move out so far. Currently an interior designer, but in the past, he has learned: carpentry (family business), various languages (mainly Hebrew, Arabic, English, but also some Spanish, Japanese, and a bit of French through his travels), martial arts (won't get into fights unless Absolutely Necessary, though), journalism (that he channels through some anime/drama reviews ー will get into detail about this), and some basic design stuff. He's good with digital design (well, computer and technology in general), but terrible in illustration and painting.
• Is single and not (yet?) interested in relationships. He hasn't really had any romantic attraction all his life, as he's always too busy with his bajillion interests and the whole moving around from country to country. He definitely has a certain degree of obsession in self-improvement and acquiring more and more certifications and skill sets in wide variety of subjects. (Or maybe more of burst of impulses rather than obsession.) But because he gets bored really easily, he's very rusty on the things he hasn't touched in the past few years.
  
• Despite the seemingly lack of interest in others, he actually really enjoys interaction with other people and values the friendships that bloom with it, he just never has the time and chance to actually pursue a deeper relation with someone else. Maybe he will, though, now that he's finding some comfort staying in Recollé! The epitome of a ball of sunshine, who's also very goofy and overly friendly. He can get along with anyone easily, especially with kids because his excitement tends to match theirs. His mood goes up and down vehemently, but he doesn't get angry much (or at all).
  
• His parents are very young-spirited and like him, constantly travel, too. Their schedules never seem to match up so he hasn't seen his parents in ten years. They would call or video chat each other once a week, though! But recently there's been a lot of disturbance whenever he tries to contact them, wonder why? Anyway. His relationship with them is generally pretty good! Although he's closer to his mother than his father, he'd discuss important things with the father first, as his mother is too free-willed (and this is coming from him, who's hopelessly haphazard himself).
  
• Crafts and/or building things/furniture? Leave it to him! But be careful, despite his nimble fingers, he's also very careless and clumsy. Might wanna keep your fragile items away from him.
  
• Isn't aware of it but actually might be (or in fact, is) into costume plays. The easiest way to get him to do things he doesn't wanna do, get him an outfit befitting to the task and he'll do it.
  
• Looks like Johnny Depp in pictures, not so much in person. He's pretty self-conscious about it and tries to pull his best American accent when he's trying to appeal to others with this quality of his. Despite this, he actually will start sputtering and stuff if flirted at or the like.
  
• Hates door-to-door sales. It makes him have a mini panic attack so he'll ignore them when they come (also why it takes time for him to open doors for you if you happen to visit him in his apartment). Also, every time he encounters a product in relation to apple (be it the real fruit, or Macintosh, etc), his speech will suddenly be disturbingly polite and poem-y, some form of self-defense to something traumatic that he can't recall.
  
• His current obsessions are MMORPG games, Western drama series (he has an avid collection of DVDs), Japanese anime shows (the last country he visited before coming to Recollé was Japan, and he's since fascinated by the quality of their animations) and TV series (because EXOTIC JAPAN!!), also stand-up comedy. He has a blog under a pseudonym (though it's pretty darned obvious it's him), in which he will update with his daily whatnots and reviews on the shows he watched.
  
• Though he's pretty well-off, he also has the habit of overspending, given his countless interests. As the interior design business has been pretty on-and-off lately, he might be looking for part-time jobs!

LOOKING FOR:
Positive and negative CRs are welcome! I can't imagine him having a negative emotion (apart from fear) towards anyone, but the other way around? By all means! Friends, family, neighbours, feel free to throw anything my way! Anyone needing help with some simple furniture repairs can also find him! Gamers can find him too! Clients for new home design? Sure! Suggestions for part-time jobs? Be my guest!

Feedbacks and suggestions are more than appreciated! I'm still on the progress with him so just toying around with all these ideas and nothing's really set in stone yet, so yeah! Come at me folks!!!

This guy runs the newly formed American HQ of a gaming company that makes MMORPG-type games. He also could have hired someone to come in and do his house because what is time to design his house when there is a beta that needs to go out last week? So CR could happen here on either level.

!!! Definitely, definitely! Jesus doesn't have prior experience in the gaming industry, so maybe nothing much on the game production, but he can help out with some graphic designing or the like, if they ever need some freelancers! Designing house works too, he could probably come over to inspect the location and they might be able to find a common interest when they meet. Either way, it'll be fun to see how they'll mix, since their personalities seem to be vastly different and all ♡

aranea here is a tattoo artist. she's probably worked with an interior designer to decorate her apartment, so that could have been jesus christ's work! and/or she can commission furniture from him time to time.

i can't see her emotion being overly negative towards him, i envision her putting up with his quirks (like maybe breaking something of hers when he comes over to repair furniture?) on account of his talent.

Jesus might get a little intimidated by her initially, because she seems Very Capable and she's got that aura on her, but he'll be happy to help her out with anything! Maybe if as time goes he gains some sort of courage, he might even ask for her to do some tattoo! ...Maybe. As of now he's too scared for these kind of things, pfft! But I can imagine them having a nice comfortable relationship eventually, like a casual one where they can just relax in each other's presence.

hi!? i'm kira, and i play both makoto (free!) and prompto (ffxv), and i just... totally slammed into your tdm top level lol

in general i'd love for prompto to know jesus for the two years he's been here? prompto could have helped him with taking pictures of his interior design work to put it up online or whatever (at prompto's obvious insistence that he needed a! proper! photographer!). for free, ofc

i figure at some point they'd become pretty okay as friends, since prompto loves gaming and it's cool to see someone older than him be into it. on that same note, makoto loves vidya too...

but, for makoto? i kinda see their relationship to be more along the lines of--perhaps joshua helped makoto's parents with some new furnishings for the book shop they own? then joshua delivers the stuff, enters the bookshop, and can fanboy over the fact that it's all about traditional japanese books and comics and some movies, too. i mean, the store itself is pretty traditional, so please come geek out..
