AU WORKSHOP - NOVEMBER Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World changes FAQ • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. -- Older sister of Angela Aust (Aigis)
-- Has some kind of degenerative disease that can't be cured but isn't killing her just yet. The 'Persona Wasting Disease'. You know the one.
-- Became sick when she was twelve.
-- It's not a secret but she doesn't talk about it.
-- Used it to get out of military school but her parents still were awful about it long enough that she ran away.
-- Ran away from home to stay with an aunt at 16. (Between sophomore and junior year of high school)
-- Lived in Boston after that.
-- Pretty noticeable accent.
-- Bossy, overly involved type.
-- Not mean bossy just...takes charge, tells people what to do, thinks she's helping but she might not be type. Expects to be listened to!
-- She moved back to Recollé in January because her illness is finally starting to take a bit of a toll on her and she wants to try and reconnect with her sister while she can.
-- (Lots of guilt for leaving her behind oops.)
-- Poly-Sci major at Recollé University
-- Was out of the city when Aigis got kicked out of the house.
-- An adrenaline junkie. Wants to do things and really LIVE before her illness finally catches up to her. Skydiving, scuba diving, other divings? Live fast, die young, etc etc.
-- Tries to play it cool but is actually a big dork.
-- Was class president in high school at Recolle years ago before she ran away and then in Boston too.
-- Plays a lot of sports/Does a lot of training.
-- Has an apartment near the college.

LOOKING FOR:

-- People she knew from high school before she ran away? People that graduated between three and five years ago would have known her, I think. If I am mathing right.
-- People she's dated? Either way back when or more recently since she's been back.

Alternatively I can see them just being buds bc they're around the same age. OR ENEMIES...smth that Alison will approach with varying levels of seriousness.

Probably yes for both things? They could've dated for a bit and then it just settled into friends? Lillian is probably a bit wary of long-term relationships what with, you know, the looming illness in the back of her head.

But short term fun ones, yes? Or something that just turned into FWBs? *throws ideas against the wall*

Either fwb or short term dating that became a friendship would work for me! If it's the latter she would've handled their breakup pretty well I think.

Dating that turned into a fwb/friendship thing? Maybe one of those 'went on a few dates and then suddenly they were friends who sometimes messed around without noticing' thing?

Avoids the messy breakup and drama, leaves things open.

Alison probably would've gotten to see one of Lillian's coughing fits at some point too. They're worse in the mornings. Lucky girl.

The two of them are trying to organize something and it either gets done in record time or just stalls out as they keep countermanding each other's orders...

But also :( because it's the die young club. Minato's only known Angela recently so he prob wouldn't know about Lillian but!! after that, he's sometimes around RecU campus and may see her sometimes there, I don't know. Maybe their apartments could be near each others'.

They could know each other some other way, that would work. Apartment neighbors could be pretty amusing? They know each other completely unrelated to anything then discover these other connections?

Yes, I'd love neighbors :3c He's a pretty quiet neighbor (and also lives with Hanatarou from Bleach atm) but he's in and out at will at least nod to her in greeting if his pockets have claimed his hands and don't let him wave.

Well Lillian is friendly as all heck so she probably banged on their door and introduced herself and stops to chat with him whenever she seems him! Invites them over for dinner etc etc.

Banging omg Minato would take advantage of dinner... even if he doesn't talk a lot, he looks slightly happier when he's eating so at least she'll know he appreciates it :'')

Elliot is friends with Angela, but I think he met her after Lillian ran away if I'm reading this right, so he probably knew more OF her than actually knew her personally.

She left about five years ago! Angela would have been just about to be a freshman in high school (Except that became military school), if that helps.

Angela and Lillian have been tentatively reconnecting for the last few months, but I'm not sure it would've been enough to meet each other's friends so. Probably not!

Hmmm, yeah Elliot wouldn't have met Angela until a little while after that since he met Eren 3-4 years ago, and then Angela sometime after that. So yep! He's probably just heard about her at best.
