There are off-screen lunch 'not-dates I swear we're just getting together to keep in touch and chat about books' happening, because Togusa has managed to make himself feel guilty about both not talking to Gentiana, and about continuing to talk to Gentiana. If Fynn could have smacked him upside the head through text, the conversation that convinced him to call her was amazing.
