AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER
Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this.
• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

it's okay, when noni develops a crush li can tease him back.

Definitely AP science class! And science club. Noni would probably join that. I'm still tentatively thinking if he would like robotics or not hahaha. We'll climb all the trees!!! And collect bugs! And figure out constellations!!!!

HAHA, I think Xiaolang would be more sympathetic about it, to be honest? He'll probably be a bit snarky at first 'oh you like someone, GEE I WONDER HOW THAT'S LIKE /STARES POINTEDLY IN HIS DIRECTION FOR A GOOD MINUTE', but with everyone giving him so much grief over his own crush, he'll be more likely to quietly listen to Noni if he ever needs to work through his feelings (although he won't be any good with advice because........... what does he even know about romance SOBS)

CONSTELLATIONS!!!! Oh no that's super cute, just them chilling outside at night, trying to see which one is a planet and which one is a satellite, and getting excited over a possible shooting star except, no, wait, that's just an airplane FALSE ALARM

So kind! Honestly, Noni wouldn't develop a crush too easily, he'll probably just jumble them all up into someone special, like family and close friends. For someone that openly show emotions, Noni probably... doesn't like talking about it hahahahaha. (yoko taro why)

But satellites are just as cool!! Make a constellation out of satellites.

He's a good bean, he's just a prickly pear on the outside is all!! But Xiaolang's definitely wouldn't give him any grief about not wanting to talk about ~those~ emotions, because, really, who is he to judge, Mr. I-Run-From-My-Romantic-Feelings

NAME THE SATELLITE CONSTELLATION AFTER THEMSELVES, look at these little geniuses

They can even go to Recolle's Natural History Museum too! If... they have one, anyway. If they don't, I am so down for suggesting one because these nerds would probably have a blast in it
