AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World changes FAQ • As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this. • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like. OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! I was actually going to hit up your toplevel after work but you beat me to it so YES!! ALL OF THE YES!! Syaoran needs more kids his age to interact with, and they could maybe even be English classmates? He's such an awkward and aloof turtle, though, so Juri's definitely going to have to do some legwork to get him to open up hahah (although considering he just moved to Recolle a year ago himself, he's probably going to be able to relate with her better than others)

also omg if she ever pulls off getting the love/fortune-telling column in the school newspaper, Xiaolang's 100% going to be trying to read it on the downlow and see what the prospects are for Aries/Cancer couples and Juri should totes call him out on it

SHE BELIEVES IN YOU AND THE POWER OF THE TAROTS XIAOLANG!! She will Stan on this ship because she loves romance anxiety they're cute.

That would be great though! Her canon self was close to someone who can be as aloof so she'd probably has no problem befriending Xiaolang despite how she's very sunny and upbeat. I think especially since he was also in a similar position as her, it gives her more excuse to interact with him and have him open up.

Not gonna even lie, my autocorrect changed 'romance and also' into 'romance anxiety' but that still sounds about right on everything.

OH GOD... if he ever mentions what Kero is, she could. misinterpret it as him wanting a Kero puppet.
