AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World changes FAQ • As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this. • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? I don't have any awesome ideas off the top of my head, but I want AU CR with Strawhats because Kamui canonically references OP and wants to be king of the (space) pirates.

Kamui is great with anger because he doesn't give a shit and thinks pissing people off is not only funny but endearing. He's 19 (technically still a teenager!!1!), was dumped in a juvenile detention facility for a year after assaulting a fellow student as a young teen, and still runs in fighting circles because rage should not be repressed. Could be the hypocrite who just barely manages not to get arrested on a daily basis but has the balls to tell Sanji he needs to stop smoking because it's bad for him.

ngl I love the idea of him telling Sanji to stop smoking, it's gonna ruin his lungs. Sanji would oscillate from annoyed to amused at the balls on this kid, but probably circle back to amused because Kamui just can't be tamed. And it helps when someone just shrugs off his rage.

Maybe Sanji runs into one of these fighting circles at some point? He himself tries to avoid fighting since lol MEMORIES, but sometimes you gotta let it all out and wreck the city with style.

Excellent. I want this bad. Kamui wouldn't even be above sending poor Sanji annoying anti-smoking commercials just for kicks.

Even if Sanji only showed up once, Kamui could have noticed him and bugged him for a fight just because he hadn't seen him before! Or followed him around after because Sanji stopped showing up. Basically, Kamui will never, ever turn down an opportunity for a unique fight, even if it means being a perpetual pain in the ass.
