AU WORKSHOP - OCTOBER Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World changes FAQ • As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this. • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? He is not free even in AU world. It would probably get worse once he gets regains.

But Sakura would be such good little sister material. I mean, maybe step families could be a thing, etc. etc. or if mom had him at a young age, but it would require a lot of planning out how that'd work (and how many little sisters there are. There's never too many little sisters).

ngl there are a few characters I am 'okay but if I au that means they get happier lives right?' and then stop because regaining canon though.

She is getting a step family actually! Her older bro is basically her guardian for now but we plan for Fai to step in and adopt her. (Her bro too but that isn't really as necessarily in his case given he's already nineteen and all.)

But I mean. It's Eizen. He takes in all the kids. It's part of how and why I adored his dynamic and role of the party in regards to Laphicet in canon. You know. When I wasn't laughing about his Curse and inwarding sobbing each time Edna came up because Berseria it was already painful enough in Zestiria why this.

What if she goes to the little shop of superstitions pawn shop a lot and he ends up sorta taking her in big brotherwise? Maybe she just talks about things and he kind of unknowingly gives her advice about "finding her own path" and "don't let others tell you what you want to be" stuff. Because I could see that?

And ends up getting the title of honorary little sister...

Heh, yeah that'd work! She gets curious because of one of the random trinkets she sees in the window and it all goes from there.

I feel like a lot of people at this rate are keeping an eye on her so he wouldn't be the only one at least. But aw honorary sister would be cute, yes. And her actual bro would probably be relieved if he knew others were keeping an eye on her while he is out at lectures/work and all.

She probably needs kept an eye on, haha! At least he probably understands what it's like to be a worrying big bro so that helps too.

Sakura would protest that she doesn't run around trying to get into trouble. But well. /gestures to canon and the situations she gets herself into there with the cards. I mean.

But yes, I could see Eizen empathizing with her bro and trying to help out a bit, while Sakura likely remains oblivious on it.
