Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• As per our game-wide poll, we will be holding an application round in October and in November! After that, apps will resume their bi-monthly schedule. The game calendar has now been updated with the dates for this.
• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

clover could either
a) shadow at the vet clinic he's at
b) volunteer at the dog sanctuary
c) hear him wheezing at the gym and approach him out of concern and then overhear his very familiar audio lectures and strike up a conversation about that
d) wake him up every time she finds him asleep somewhere because she's too much of a busybody to leave him there
e) all of the above is somehow an option, too

What if I could stay awake for more than five minutes on workshop night, what if.

What if we do all of these, haha, I was especially excited to see pre-vets in common, because Minato doesn't attend Recollé university proper since he's still officially a student of his own school, so his college life interactions are limited to work :'') Meeting at the gym and overhearing the lectures sounds like a good place to springboard cr though, and that could lead towards shadowing/volunteer things?

also I'm laughing at the thought of him sitting down on some sunny field to close his eyes for a moment, Clover storming out to shake him awake, "I was just in the middle of a blink, gosh" Let him sleep... somewhere more practical

if you did that, you'd be so powerful but also ruin your good and commendable sleep schedule

i am 100% for doing all the above. a good first meeting at the gym and then they see each other again where he interns and they're like hey what a nice coincidence maybe you're a stalker-- NO i'm kidding. clover wouldn't say that, but she would've thought it.

omg you know what she would. she's the type if you do it once or enough, she'll assume you'll definitely do it again or every time because her perception has been colored that way

any sleepy prompt you make with minato, just assume clover comes by once and motherhens him to wake up or go someplace better to sleep like the library or back to his apartment or w/e "think of your health, you could catch a cold" etc etc

My current sleep schedule is becoming drowsy at 8pm, I don't want the sleepy Minato life lmao But yes!!!!!! I love all these things and once Minato realizes she's there looking out for him, he would worry even less about falling asleep outside and catching colds because she always turns up somehow haha this has the opposite effect

that is me, too, but i hate sleeping that early so i try very hard to stay awake until my second wind and then my second wind makes me stay awake until 1am and then i regret everything

holy shit minato lmao on one hand, clover wants to be depended on. on the other hand, he's going to eventually give her a conniption
