ABOUT: 23-year old bar owner and former literature major. He runs the Inkwell, which is attached to a neighboring restaurant; he writes poetry and lyrics on the side, and has occasional gigs as the singer for a band that rarely bothers performing.

CURRENTLY: He's been getting a lot of memories that make it PRETTY CLEAR he used to be a criminal and was involved with the mafia; he feels like it's what he's meant to do, but given that there's no real crime here he's not sure how to do it. He was used to taking orders and working within a power structure that already existed, remaking the whole thing's a bit much... so he's currently a bit lost and unsure what to do with his life. Good times.

I would love more cr between Mao and Leo! Does Leo even remember the random guitarist he met on the boardwalk? If nothing else they should be able to reconnect through the group chat when it opens back up but Mao would definitely encourage him if he heard the kind of music he's creating!

HE'LL THINK ABOUT IT, it's mainly a customer service thing though and I think you've mentioned he doesn't get along with people well? so chuuya is usually ok with giving people a chance but he'd want to interview him first and go over everything and make sure he's willing to be friendly and make small talk with people and all that! since he'd probably have anyone new working on taking orders/etc and making sure they work out before he gets them actually trained in bartending.

That's fair. And yea, Orion's customer service record is mostly cashiering and.... he's not... great at it. He can ring someone up and get out them out the store. But he does have a tendency to get snippy if he's frustrated enough. So he may not be considered proper material by that standard.
