AU WORKSHOP - JUNE Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Estee's more defiant route to dealing with his family's wealth would kind of be a point of jealousy as well, since Lucas hasn't quite made the separation from his parents and their dough that he'd want because he's a coward. Like READING OVER ESTEE'S STUFF OTHERWISE I could see Lucas having the possibility of getting along with him, then just purposefully going "no" as he tends to do because he's immature and also getting caught with a Bad Seed would earn him hellfire at home.
At.... least he won't care about him being a technological dinosaur.

Yeah, Estée isn't completely without his family's wealth either, but since he lives on his own, it's not entirely apparent that's how he's paying for everything. Basically a trust fund baby who pretends that's not where his money comes from, so if anything his defiance is like... a farce lol but he's a pretty good actor. But I agree that I think the two would likely get along to some extent, and would probably be something along the lines of frienemies at the very least.
Estée would probably be a terrible influence on him and try to get him involved in more seedier stuff because it's clearly badass and that's what they should be concerned about. Being the hardest dudes around, and getting into fights, smoking cigs, and drinking booze. And trying not to think gay thoughts. A+

Hey, farce or not at least you're not being dragged around by ur pop because you look shiny at parties, Estee. LUTHA WOULD BE UP FOR IT THOUGH he'd probably avoid tobacco since he kind of is stupidly vain about his voice/ability to breath, but fights are ALWAYS a yes and running away from gay thoughts and........ lmao. god.
JUST. FYI LUTHA DOESN'T HOLD HIS LIQUOR WELL. like it takes a moderate amount for him to get ill/blackout drunk, but he loses his self-control pretty fast and ends up being an emotional drunk within two glasses or so. Which would probably lead to him just brawling whoever looked at him wrong so long as he could stand straight BUT!!! SHRUGS INTO THE SUNSET!!!!

AHAHA yeah Estée's dad, while warm and loving, has always been a pretty distant enough dude that Estée's done his own thing and didnt get dragged to too many things. Amadée is more the type to drag him to places and dress him up. BUT ANYWAYS. Lucas being drunk sounds hilarious, Estée is a heavyweight, so he can put that shit away before he's really effected, but he doesn't need to be drunk to get into a fight.
SO IF LUTHA STARTS GETTING ALL SHITTY WITH ATTITUDE, Estée will happily suplex him. Lmao I'm sure Amadée will love dealing with both of these jackasses.
