ALSO HOW COULD THESE KIDS KNOW EACH OTHER in this AU, aside from Yugi being their adult.

A GOOD QUESTION... but actually! taphy was suggesting that atem is part of a program like big brothers big sisters and bakura is that one Especially Difficult kid so it's possible that they know each other through atem? plus he and atem probably play each other online too so if yugi is part of that!

That may actually be perfect, because Yugi would want to try to be a part of something like that too; but it may be too busy. He has to work harder than Atem at school, because Atem is a jackass.

Online gaming would be perfect too!
