Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.

OH MY GOD he's like... Fai's younger self help....

Fai is/was a music prodigy, plays the violin (and basically everything else, but his best is the violin), plays the harmonica randomly because it's small enough to keep in his messenger bag!! and used to be a monster at karaoke. Except Bad Things Happened and he doesn't tell many people about the music thing anymore.... (He's also very much Not Straight and would be super supportive about that!)

Fai isn't a teacher but I'd kind of love to throw them together anyway?? Fai would try to adopt him so fast I can't even tell you >_>;

pardon that all my icons are various shades of angry lmao his actual canon self is A Mess BUT ANYWAY??? PLEASE????????? even if it's just them having met on the streets at one point while he was out playing and getting to talk about music and keeping in touch past that, I'd love for Lutha to have someone else to talk to that wasn't like. trying to shove him full-body into another performance or orchestra somewhere or Being Impressive Because It Looks Nice

I think somewhere deep down he'd love to just pretend that he could hide that he ever played violin and just be something different but it's so much a part of his identity atm that he never really goes through with it because THOUGH HE MIGHT BE BOLD he's kind of a coward. So yeah i'd be so up for Fai adopting him basically.

YES LET'S DO IT!

I mean Lutha can totally crash at Fai's apartment to hide out and be normal for a while if he needs to, and Fai has two lovely kitties for Lutha to lavish attention on and everything. And Fai is an alum of the music department at the university so he can help out with that too, and... yes I love it. Fai is adopting him that's all there is to it :3
