AU WORKSHOP - JUNE Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Yes, it would be awesome for them to already know them. Please tell me about Sig's colorful coaching style haha. Also if there is any swimming at all involved in summer camps, Mafuyu cannot swim and she would be screaming the entire time unless she's allowed floaties asldfkj

She's definitely one of those 'oh you're not THAT badly hurt, just rub some dirt in it and keep going' types, very tough love, but she also tells very inappropriate stories and does not watch her language around the kiddies, so she probably gets in trouble for teaching them Norwegian swears all the time. But she's very encouraging! She's basically 'that cool teacher' but also scary.

And uhhhhh she has a 'sink or swim' kind of teaching philosophy, so... well she won't actually let Mayufu drown but she definitely would have been like 'come on you'll never learn if you don't try!!'

....basically, Mayufu proooobably has ptsd about swimming with Sig, but at least Sig didn't let her drown? 8))??

Mafuyu can handle tough love and would adore Sigrun as the cool but scary teacher, haha. In canon, her being taught how to swim basically amounted to 5 seconds of actual encouragement and then being left in the middle of the ocean by herself sO THERE'LL BE A LOT OF TRYING AND SINKING HERE TOO

OH GOOD, then she could get a regain(?) from the trauma, at least! Nothing wrong with her teaching style, nope.

Hahaha Sigrun could help her get so many regains, it's a teaching style Mafuyu will have to become used to :'')
