AU WORKSHOP - JUNE Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! I AM PROBABLY NOT APPING THIS ROUND I'M TOO EXCITED ABOUT MARY but i can at least start thinking about this okay so help me out
AU NAME: Subaru Akehoshi! (look i'm uncreative)
AU AGE: 19
AU OCCUPATION: college student studying sports medicine! / basketball player for recolle u / works several side jobs including dog walking and busking for money via breakdancing
BLURB:
❇ born to a happy and loving family in recolle! fairly well off, but his dad was B U S Y
❇ it was mostly just subaru and his mom growing up, which is where he gets all of his ~*sunshine*~ from, if only because she's the exact same way! walking into their house is like walking out in broad daylight any time of day. thus, he's really close to her!
❇ skated through school by the SKIN OF HIS TEETH because he hates studying, but luckily he was on the basketball team so thank god for athletic study hall...
❇ and got into recolle u on a basketball scholarship!
❇ his dad died just before he graduated. he was pretty wrecked over it, but not as much as his mom.
❇ so he got into RU on a full ride and works lots of odd jobs to give money to his mama so she can live a comfortable life! it looks like he's perpetually bad with money and that's what he plays it off as BUT IN REALITY...
❇ one of these odd jobs was a jewelry store
❇ he is not allowed there anymore
❇ he's an excellent dancer and had his fingers in lots of pies in high school, so the same carries over to college: though he plays basketball, he's also in several clubs at the college! this includes the college choir, because he loves to sing, when it makes people happy~
❇ very popular and genki and happy
❇ has a really cute dog named daikichi!
❇ still OBSESSED with anything shiny, it's his favorite EVER
