OH MAN gym buddies AND music nerds??? I am completely canon blind personally but I have essentially the same two "looking for"s in my own comment, gym buddies and fellow music nerds. Faolan's love of music is semi-secret since he is a full-time bodyguard, but it was one of the directions he was thinking of taking in his directionless life. (In canon he is a bard who runs into a tragedy and ends up quitting that to become an assassin/spy/bodyguard for the king, as a background for him.)

He probably doesn't have enough free time to be coerced into a FULL TIME sort of band thing, but he could definitely jam with them when he's free? In canon he is really good at singing and playing the harp so that probably means the guitar??? Also since he is a bodyguard he has to stay in shape so he spends a lot of time out running and going to the gym when it's raining, so maybe that's how they could have met?

Aaabsolutely!! Sigrun is so flighty that jam partners is basically the only thing she can probably hold onto consistently (aka, people as consistent as she is, or not at all), so she'd probably even get along better like that.

They can totally have met at the gym after she, idk, critiques his squats technique or something stupid

HAHAHAHA his squats god he probably does do squats and all the embarrassing stretches though like a responsible athlete would before/after his workouts though. He's mostly into doing the cardio but not so big on the weights though so like. He'd likely do running and stretching and pull ups and sit ups and have the same monotonous routine every time he goes bc that's the sort of guy he is, he likes to do things on schedule and the right way.

Also jam partners sounds great, he has this awkward grumpy Irish man vibe but he's also a really great musician, once they'd get down to it! He's a really great support guy too, he'd honestly prefer it if everyone else got the spotlight instead of him.

Perfect, she will bug him to vary it up a little, c'mon life is more exciting that way, that's why she does like a billion different sports/workout types. She just gets really bored. She'll invite him along!

Haha he would reluctantly tag along because in truth he probably does like the excitement he's also just wary of bad surprises... The kinds that he might regret later on HAHAHA
