Oh man, if there's one thing that Aizawa still consistently hates both in this life and his last it's people that are underachieving even when they're perfectly capable of doing well over that, so I imagine he'll probably be giving Shouto some grief about that this upcoming class year for sure SORRY SHOUTO...

Acting is all good and well but you're still in school right now so don't waste both his time and yours and put in some effort over here too, don't be rude like that >:V!!

Shouto looks off into the middle distance and... doesn't actually listen. He has had so many lectures from his father that he's gotten very good at tuning them all out. Oh no. I'm so sorry, Aizawa.

He'll put in some effort at least! Eventually! It helps that he's friends with Izuku.

THE BAREN/ZERO THING WILL ALMOST FOR SURE HAPPEN IF THIS ALL HAPPENS and it cracks me up... one is going to have such a hard time

but yeah i really like all that! i feel like they must care about each other a lot, but they're both just really bad at showing it... neither of them knows how to openly show affection well. no matter how badly they get along remembering that they wanted to kill each other with all their heart will probably be horrifying.

i've been thinking about it too and yeah being fosters/adopted makes more sense in the long run i think. i still have it so that zero remembers her mom abandoning her, but if they were all blood-related figuring out the logistics of everyone's ages and why they wouldn't remember it as well would probably be hard/weird. like maybe her mom just keeps coming back every year to dump a new baby at the orphanage, but as awful as that'd be it's also kind of crazy LMFAO. the only reservation i really have is if some (maybe all?) of them got adopted then i wonder how long zero did shit to try and support everyone, but that probably wouldn't be too hard to work around.

I REALLY LIKE HAVING A MUSIC RELATED LAST NAME although it'll probably make them sound italian or german haha, but after looking at a musical term glossary on wikipedia hmm... assai, bellicoso, calando, geteilt, melisma, and rubato all appeal to me for meanings, and i feel like they're obscure enough that they almost sound like they could be names haha.

and yes i will definitely tag you on the tdm!! i'll probably throw something on there myself too, BUT I'M READY TO DICK AROUND FOR THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL YOKO TARO FAMILY.

It gets even better when you know that it comes with sound effects: since his whole body turns extremely hard you can hear his skin, sinews and muscles grind against each other every time he moves while in that mode ......unfortunately it also means that he can only keep it up for as long as he can hold his breath because stiff lungs suck. Please stab him, it won't be able to hurt him (much) and will probably trigger a memory or two. (He'd also be extremely sorry for making her think she needs to stab him. ;_;)

BLURB:- Lived in Japan for most of his life
- After some trouble with his family, they sent him to go to school in Recolle in the U.S where he lives with a family friend that is pretty indifferent about him.
- Resents his parents a lot for sending him away
- Is generally introverted and uninterested in people or making friends.
- Very unenthusiastic about life. He's at the point where he doesn't think good things can happen.
- Financially very poor.
- Likes videogames in his free time but can't afford newer stuff--still playing Gamecube.
- Has one real friend in Ayano Tateyama, but no one else has managed to get through.
- Still in high school. He does pretty badly because of his resentment towards his entire life situation. "What's the point?"
- Is a very nice person inside, but never has much reason to show it and can't seem to create relationships with other people.
LOOKING FOR: Acquaintances from school and around town--since he doesn't have any real friends besides Ayano. Teachers or other adults who worry about him? You probably know him as that sad looking kid with the bad posture.

HELLO my body is ready for this CR which is to say that Minako is not ready for this at all but that's the protag life

I don't know if AJ mentioned Minako's AU history to you but basically Minato was her twin who disappeared their last year of high school, and she came to Recolle to look for him after getting a hint he might be in the area. So meeting this Minato and figuring out he's not her Minato, she's gonna FREAK.

But after all that drama has gone down, she's going to want to reach out to him (if she hasn't scared him away by then LOL) and get to know him, so I'd love if they could become tentative friends and see how it goes from there. Or if Minato's not willing, then she'll be his quiet protector, making sure he's taken care of but keeping out of his life.
