That'd be dope. She's way more legit than him -- but if you decide you want him to know about her as that one badass lady fighter lmk and I'll definitely have him admire her a little bit. It could be fun if they like knew each other but never fought and hes lowkey like damn i wish i had fought her every time he sees her

the school thing also works!! she could've known his older "brother", who is about her age. majima hung around him like crazy before he went to jail

Is this a PC or NPC brother?

Either way, if this brother knew about the underground fighting, he might have dragged her to a match sometime and piqued her interest that way, maybe even talked her into some kind of newcomer's match. I don't really see her as much of a badass when she's around 17-18, but she'd probably fight then like she could've been one; fearlessly, hyper-aggressive, laughs-when-you-hit-them, not afraid to change up her strategy to play mindgames sort of person.

Actually, I kind of like that idea. Ends up breaking her hand or her arm because she's in the Good Offense Is The Best Defense camp, almost gets busted by her parents during that ER trip for her cover story, whether because she botched it or she and the brothers had an inconsistent one, haha.

Tell me more about this brother that mutually acquainted them

he's an npc -- although i realize belatedly when you said they were two years apart i assumed for some reason you meant she was older but looking over your info i clearly understood that wrong whoops. it's not as conceptually simple for her to know his bro now that i've got the age differences all straightened out in my head but im sure he couldve met her through some kind of extra curricular or whatever

my failure of reading aside -- i do really like that a lot too, and i think it would be really fun to play with even if majima's bro is like four years older than her WHATEVER its still cool and it'll make for a fun relationship and the idea of them accidentally messing up their story is really cutie and i want this so we'll just make it work

(also i'm laughing because that's also a good description of how majima fights, so I'm sure he thinks she's great)

tho truly, anyone his bro thinks is great is pretty great in his books!! his brother is like a MOUNTAIN of a man who he met in the orphanage when he was a kid. he was bigger and badder than all the kids so majima instantly took a liking to him and started following him around like a lost puppy until they became super tight. his bro is a great fighter, possibly better than him, especially given his size. he's a lot more even tempered than majima -- majima's the one who gets visibly excited, super aggressive, loves getting into fights and the one who constantly escalated things.

three years ago his brother did something Really Bad and got sent to jail on a life sentence and majima felt it was like 100% his fault for pushing his bro to do more. timing wise his bro could've introduced her to cage fighting and majima not too long before that happened, maybe, if you want to do it when she was in the 17/18 age. majima would've been really friendly with her knowing that she knew his bro; but would've become pretty quiet after his brother went off to jail since he was too busy being sad to like take care of himself and reach out to people.

Alright, sounds good! She'd definitely be the type to badger him and give him shit if he were to get suddenly reclusive.

Freya herself's straightened out her act a lot after high school, so she'd definitely turn down the underground fighting in favor of official MMA stuff, but there's still a bit of a hellraiser in her, even if it takes some goading these days to bring out. (And if she's around for enough memory regains, she'll end up going right back to hellraising haha.)
