AU WORKSHOP - APRIL Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. SRS: Tony's actually estranged from his parents. Some stuff about oh them trying to embezzle all his money and taking out life insurance policies on him when he made it big, real shady not Fun for the Whole Family activities. So he could be totally touched and moved by her poems painting the kind of family he wishes he had
a non-narcissitic sociopathic one. Which would lead toooo him both acknowledging to her face she's a great writer as well as him jealously taking potshots at her ie making hippy comments, asking if she's someone's therapist if she expresses concern about them, etc. MASSIVE PRICK.Tony Get Out: hey Gentiana he's gonna let you finish, but you write some beautiful poetry. Writer to writer how abouts he teaches you how to make a real zinger.

Gentiana has this uncanny ability to read people from their body language. She can figure out key facts about someone just by watching them. Whether or not her perspective of them lies true in the end is up to debate but she can figure out little things here and there. That would most likely annoy SRS!Tony even further since she'll seem definitely like some half-baked quack.
Gentiana handles Ardyn's snarky comments well enough, so Tony is just another Tuesday for her. lol
He's more than welcome to be an ass and flirt with her too but Gentiana is the reigning QUEEN OF THE CURB!
