Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

I don't particularly have a preference because both those AUs sound amazing

What I do have is a tall stoic perpetually-scowling manly person with a severe weakness for cute things and a knitting hobby.

they should run into each other at the fabric store or something. or while out walking dogs, Gwendal here volunteers at the animal shelter.

oh my GOD, it's like kanji's long lost REAL DAD

i think i've pretty much established with the jade player that ranch kanji most definitely volunteers at the shelter!! or at least visits very frequently... gwendal and him can be buds already, or at least acknowledge each other nicely while both being awkward and mean-looking??

once kanji falls into his stage of liking cute things, i can make him drop a half-made doll or something in front of him on accident... then gwendal can pick it up and help him finish it/make it cuter. a beautiful friendship blossoms. (i'm dying)

Both of these things sound excellent to me!! aaah, I've been wanting to play this guy off a Kanji for a while, for obvious reasons. this is gonna be amazing.
