AU WORKSHOP - APRIL Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Maybe he's caught her camping out at the beach a couple times in the past. So to him, she's "That Beach Kid". And probably gets :| at her about it because high tide is a thing that exists and he doesn't want to have to send in rescue if she gets swept out to sea.

And probably turns a blind eye once in a while. Hey, trust is important.

I so dig this. He could ask her if she's seen any suspicious activity on the beach, especially if related to cases he's on. Imagine. "I won't report you for your beach camping if you keep me informed." "Done deal!"
