Excellent! Orion moved here all of eight years ago. Is there a specific timeframe you would like for them to have become friends at?

They totally could have met because Orion decided a rule was stupid and went to break it.

Hmm, probably for a few years a least! Alex has prolly been about 4 years, so for the past 2 years work for you?

That works, Alex can be flashy in breaking the walls because he can get away with it usually and he has no respect for the system.
