I'm thinking 18 for hosts, 21 to be a bartender (because...legality i guess), but 16 for your like "odd jobs" jobs - so helping clean up, running errands, etc.

fantastic, nikkari's in his 20s so he's well within the age to work for anything

he has no experience in anything beyond retail but he's willing to learn? especially if he can work night shifts.

That's more experience than people Majima staffs in canon. There's a grandma?? And a woman whose daughter he won prizes from a ufo catcher for? And some random woman a weapons "enthusiast" shoved off on him so like nikkari has perfectly good experience

what would you like him to do? he can do anything you'd like!! i think honestly the most fun will be via the host stuff, because like i said i have Plans for ic mechanics of how it could work and plus you'd get cool free gifts, but if you think he'd work better as a bar tender or a bouncer or something that is also totally cool in my book, or like have him start out doing one thing and then asked to be moved i am totally flexible

timing wise majima has been doing this for about a year so nikkari could've been working there for however long during that span of time you want - what sounds good to you? i know thats a lot of options all at once but lets party

the idea of him as a host is making me laugh so hard that i absolutely have to do it....he'll try his best at it for everyone's sake and be in good spirits pretty much all of the time since that's just how he is

and i think he wouldn't have been working there long - three months at the longest! long enough to get a feel for things but still being something of a rookie.

I hope he enjoys playing pool on fake dates because that's 100% part of the training. everyone gets to go on a fake date with majima

excellent!!! once we get in the game and stuff i'll have all these pretty informational posts about the club and stuff and it'll end up being one of those get involved as little / as much as you want heres all the info kinda deals

for real tho you get to take all the girls on like two fake dates during their training sessions in game and its RLY cute but when they gloat about winning darts im like ok???? but majima has one eye so y'all should feel bad

but its cutie anyway lmao
