On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. I think there are plenty of avenues he could have met Jade tbh either via being youtube kids or also Anya is one of Hiro's first friends in Recollé which means being friends with Dave by proxy which would also probably mean he's met Jade early in his time in the city. Maybe like they were internet friends first and he just accidentally realized he and Jade lived in the same city and then Jade was stuck with him 5ever goodbye

I love that I can't decide which one of them would be saying what because they'd both be likely to just make things happen. SCIENCE BROS. Jade and Hiro start talking nerdy and everyone else is like "okay what." They're definitely going to be robot buddies and it'll be cute, I'm ready for it

it alternates. jade has all these cutesy but dangerous ideas and hiro's lowkey into them but comes up with these awe inspiring super hero designs for everything and it is a match made in heaven. some day they should sell these things? wtf
