or actually it'll mostly be Kunikida going ???? since Dazai's involvement with his canon's Kunikida is limited to nonexistent

Probably they met through school, since Neri would've stopped doing school athletics before Xion moved to Recolle. If Xion plays guitar on school grounds, Neri would so go over and strike up conversation. Ask questions about music (because Neri doesn't know much about it), what Xion's plans are, etc. Your standard friendly thing, with more cute because Xion is cuuute :3
