I am super late but Marcell here is a tailor and technically in the same industry as Kanji is, so I'd like to figure out a way for them to have CR! he runs a bespoke tailoring store and it's been open for about two months or so.

omg that's p funny... he'd be so confused, why does this guy share the same name as the jerk dazai from back home...!! i'll probably be changing his last name (the more i think about this au, the more i realize i'm going to change from my original comment...), but it'd be fun to play with once those memories surface!!

they might see each other at uni, yes! though john's taking more GED-geared classes, idk how that'd work? they can discuss literature some time, for sure, though john would hardly be as well-read as dazai... but! I LOVE THE IDEA OF BONDING OVER INCREDIBLE COUNTRY ACCENTS if/when john regains his japanese skills-- i'm laughing thinking about it. 8) but yes tl;dr they should for sure be acquaintances, at least.

He totally was at the orphanage as a kid. Like, he grew up there until he was about 14.

And I'm sure they've run into the recreation center more than once. Snow's a nice guy and he tends to stand out, being a blond giant of muscle. <3

HI YES Naoto is very interested in science but it's mainly forensic stuff. However she is also A Secret Nerd so if Aloy was doing robotic stuff she'd be all "wow that's heckin cool" and be very into her work.

Unfortunately she's only 16. She's taking classes at the university though.

Marcell would be a more recent resident (2 months or so) but he probably quickly became a regular at the bakery.

And buys way more than you'd expect a skinny guy like him to, but mostly because he buys for his whole family.

Sliiiides back in here. Okay! I think during his first deployment works. Great thing about Tony is he treats kids just like he treats adults. Bad thing about Tony, he doesn't treat adults like adults :,D. But if you are up for it we could say Tony was the coach of the municipal basketball team or some other sport or afterschool program Frank might have been in? Sass him about how he's an alcoholic old and can't make those 3-point shots anymore or something laughs.

Also yes please Marcell also has some some shady and criminal shit in canon so clearly he needs to know some shady people in order to question his own life decision somewhere down the line.

Like okay admittedly I'm canonblind, but poking around a bit, he seems absolutely like the kind of snarky coworker she'd adore. He's absolutely free to recognize Lutece (although Ros will be kind of EHHH about her family, she's not upset with them but she's not also that super keen on them). And hmm . . . maybe let's bounce them off each other on the tdm as friendly, snarky coworkers/friends, and poooossibly hammer out details for amiable exes later on?
