She's a flower novice, she'll probably just see a help wanted sign and be like HIRE ME, TEACH ME. Teach her everything, she loves to learn, and she will gladly run all over the city doing deliveries too! She's a jack-of-all-trades, or she at least tries to be.

SCREAMS Sei sounds so cute... HE'LL BE GLAD TO TEACH YOU EVERYTHING!! Making him feel like a senpai is like, the ultimate way to charm him over. Bless you jack-of-trades, he's going to be super appreciative of her help, even if he might be a bit tsun about it. Soon, he will secretly sob over how proud he is of her if he sees her making an arrangement.
