Yes good shower him with more praise??? It would make him so happy, god. They can be weird overgrown child friends together

Yato's fashion sense is generally good but here it's all about what he can get secondhand... Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

"showering with praise and affection" is pretty much Souji's ground state of friendship. also "driving people up a wall", but... details. let him enable all Yato's terrible ideas.

meanwhile Souji isn't rich but can definitely afford better and yet... yet he still dresses like he went through a bargain bin in the dark.

Yato will internally and maybe externally question everything about why Souji dresses that way when he has a choice

look. he likes colors? and novelty t-shirts. and ridiculous sweaters. and everything that sparkles. and everything that has cute animals on it too. sparkly cute animals? and also playing around (inexpertly) with bright make-up and hair dyes when he's bored.


...yep, he needs 100 interventions and Yato should absolutely question his judgement.
