I'm down with either! idk if you were still thinking of having Viktor be a vet but I mean... gestures at the five cats thing, that could work?? or if not maybe we could come up with something else, I am also easy!

Yeah, I think we're going with the dancer and choreographer thing after all. But. Hmm! I think it'd be cute if they knew each other from before, if only to force them to interact and also have a link between Yuuri and Yuri that way.

I doubt there are too many Russians in Recollé, so maybe he can be a friend of the family? A distant relation? Or maybe he met Yuri's grandpa somewhere by chance and one day he just turned up at his place for Pirozhki time? Either way I'd love it if Yuri was stuck having to interact with this person on a semi-regular basis

Ohh okay that's fine. But yeah I definitely like the idea of them already knowing each other - a friend of the family would work for me! I... haven't decided what his grandpa does yet (something mildly important??) but this might make it easier to think of something, actually. In terms of like, the TDM and stuff I think we can totally just run under the assumption that they know each other even if I haven't figured out exactly why yet. Hopefully by then I'll have more details worked out but I'm bad at AUs so if I don't I'm really sorry lmao 8( I'll do my best though!!
