AU WORKSHOP - FEBRUARY Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Oh, that's actually a really interesting angle! I'd say going with the clinic would work well - maybe they get to talking and Hakuno winds up wanting to help her out with her career a little? Hakuno isn't a very ambitious person, but she'd be more than willing to help out someone she could relate to like that. She couldn't really do much other than provide emotional support, though.

emotional support is still plenty! but if you want other reasons for them to work with one another, Hakuno could help Claudia out with her social media stuff? I mean unless you want her to end up tweeting all her fans like Cher... not that it will stop her 100%

But yeah, that sounds good! Hakuno having some programming/web knowledge would fit, considering Fate/Extra's computer shtick? Not a master hacker like some people, but she can make a tumblr look nice. She can handle Claudia's website and blogs and such.

Do you want them to actually be girlfriends? I'm totally cool with that, but something a little hazier/more open would be good too.

yeah!! that sounds good, on both fronts. maybe Claudia speaks of her overly fondly but like Hakuno is mostly oblivious to it and when people confront either of them it's varying levels of ??? or WHAT GIVES YOU THAT IDEA AHAHAAH ;;;;;

we can wing it based on chemistry and such too in a musebox or the TDM or however you want I'm quite flexible since I know jumping right into OTP Land has its drawbacks and I am very, very good at the slowburn

Something where honestly Hakuno says weirdly girlfriend-y/intimate things too and constantly retweets Claudia's selfies but they're too awkward to make it a thing? For her part, Hakuno hasn't been in a relationship before and really wouldn't get what Claudia would see in her.

So yeah, slow-to-medium burn would work! They're incredibly close (and have probably known each other for a while) but there's a lot of things that'd make an explicit relationship awkward for them.

such words either ring to Claudia as simple obvious praise and boost her ego or fly into wow that was a really embarrassing thing to say NO OF COURSE I'M NOT BLUSHING

also there's Claudia's whole exhibitionist tendencies which stem from a life spend on-or-back-stage where she and other models are used to people just seeing them in various states of dress (or lack thereof) so she has no problems walking around the flat wearing just whatever is handy and not wearing much more in public (unless she's failing to be incognito, or it's freaking COLD)....

and Hakuno probably hangs out at Claudia's flat plenty (and viceversa) so there's plenty of chances for awkward interactions.

Even moreso when Hakuno starts taking after Claudia in that respect.
