Then Lucy's patience exploded, hit a stupid customer with a chair, and got fired instantaneously.

in Lucy's defense, Minako will say that the customer had it coming

because nobody really remembers, they only remember Lucy's Rage

as long as she does her portion of the chores and doesn't mind her music then they're golden! Mina would be That One Roommate who always ask how their day went and bring food back to share and leave little sticky notes on the fridge reminding Lucy about things

It's like a noodle incident but with chairs

Lucy is probably perennially confused at Minako being Aggressively Nice to her, but that would also be further encouragement for her to be less prickly.

She probably brings home random shit on occasion like a cat, though. Like a chocobo egg one of her bosses wanted her to raise. And also probably stained the sink at least once when she used hair dye wrong. And also works weird hours or straight up disappears for a few days, but she usually shows up again none the worse for the wear.

okay but! Cat or dog (or both?????). I've been writing in threads that their landlord is stubborn about not letting them have a pet but Mina's gonna bribe him with cupcakes so if we wanted, he could cave and they could adopt a cute lil pet together! (Please let Mina have a shiba inu...)

all other incidents will be taken with the aforementioned half patience of a saint so long as things can be fixed and Lucy comes home relatively alive >w>

The answer is yes, Lucy is 500% okay with animals. She'll even be substantially less angry and bitter around them and probably is the person cleaning up cat puke at 4 am with infinite patience. She just hates Everything Else, haha.

She'll definitely come back alive! And probably without any felony charges! And maybe not just because she needs to hide from the police. Probably. It's a very unfair rumor.

I'd also be very okay with a three roommate scenario! HELLO

Minako is studying to be a police detective so points at eyes points at Lucy don't get into TOO much trouble okay

awesome!! It seems like Lili is very well to do and accomplished but very much lacking in the Basic Survival Skills department so I think the three of them together will produce amazing results :3c

I've been plotting a bit with a Fang (Final Fantasy XIII) player; would you be okay with her rooming with them as well?

Oh heck yeah! The Lili player decided against the roommate situation in the end so it'll still be a three person housing situation.

Hello! Checking in. This apartment will have absolutely no semblance of a regular schedule, with another roommate that also comes and goes at odd times and sometimes disappears for a few days, but with more communication than Lucy. And probably more camping invitations.

She'll also 100% cover for the others if they decided to get a cat without the landlords permission. And probably for other things, depending, haha.

HELLO NEW ROOMIE and that's totally fine, Minako is used to being alone weeps softly but oooooh camping! She would be so down if...Fang can ever catch Minako on a free weekend, she's a whirlwind of activity.

LOL okay so Minako really wants a puppy as much as she wants a kitty, so what if the landlord only agrees to one and they sneak in the other?

Huzzah whirlwind of activity club. It's crazy how productive characters can be when they don't have life and death matters hanging over their heads, or something. Oh man if Minako ever lets on that she's prone to loneliness... Don't start giving her memory flashbacks, roommate :V

Hopefully the dog is the allowed one, because dogs are much hard to hide, haha. Do they all get their own room, are any or all of them sharing, what kind of a budget and/or living arrangement are the three of them looking at?

Sure, we can make that happen! And the apartment that I made up for her is in Birch Hills in Apprassage. The locations page isn't specific about any of that stuff so we can make it up ourselves, but I'm assuming they'd at least be decent to nice apartments since it's so close to the university.

Man this entire apartment is going to be a recipe for disaster, isn't it? ~~I love it~~

Shhh they can just pass the cat off to a cat lover friend until the landlord finishes his inspection and then they can bring him back, everything will be absolutely fine.......
