Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a
AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

I AM TEMPTED to have Elliot know Kokichi via online, since he used to do online gaming. Either as someone in Vivarium or someone familiar with the group. He doesn't really do it much anymore/at all since Recolle life keeps him busy, but during high school before he moved to Recolle it probably could've been a thing!

THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CUTE if elliot was part of vivarium, he would have had to pick some animal as his identity since animal masks are its whole thing so imagine... what kind of animal he could have picked and what would happen if souji would find out (he didn't know you were a secret furry, elliot.............)

ELLIOT WOULD'VE GONE WITH A BIRD most likely. Because birds sing and also they got the whole freedom thing with flying!!! Two things Elliot loves tbh.

Also shut up Souji birds don't even have fur.

I LOVE IT that's cute as heck. also yuff, enlighten me what elliot's online handle/username would be because i want to know if it's anything embarrassing at all

also don't sidetrack him, elliot, he now knows that elliot is one just like him. now souji will never let this go and bring it up at any given opportunity

HMM GOOD QUESTION. Probably "Blue Rhapsody", or Blue for short. I may have just stolen his ultimate weapon name but w/e I'm not regaining a dozen staffs that all look the same anyway.

i love that. the orange boy is named blue. kokichi would feel so betrayed if he were to ever find out... elliot lied to him... well, it's okay, kokichi will just make sure to walk over to him with two buckets of blue paint to splash him with. time to turn elliot into a smurf and make him true to his name

people who realize the ways they went wrong and who want to make up for the fact that they lied to the entire internet about the fact that he is blue when he's clearly not?? this is a way that he can atone. kokichi is giving him a chance to make up for his lies and sins
