Malik is the kind of impulsive jackass that can't help but get himself into trouble and then blame other people when he has to face the consequences. He regained his split personality back in October, went completely off the rails, and since then he's been trying to get back on track. Used to be super hostile and angry and now he's just an asshole who is considerably less aggro. It's a work in progress. He's just taking things one day at a time.

REGAINS: Yugioh isn't really conducive to easily triggered regain situations, but I am more than happy to try and help others. The things I can offer are a bit on the dark side, dealing with: Cults, gangs, mind control, murder, revenge and vengeance, theft, and uh... card games, I guess.
CURRENTLY: Nothing too big or important right now! He's trying to use the event to force himself to act more like a normal person and talk about his shady history. My ultimate goal is to keep working him towards redemption, or something akin to it. He's considerably less angry but he's still pretty cagey when it comes to his regains and also why he's such a rude punk.
WANTED CR: I'm pretty flexible! I can do negative CR like no one's business (or else I wouldn't play a villain character uhh duh), but anything remotely positive is more than welcome! Malik can be pretty damn abrasive so I understand he's pretty hard to build CR with, but anyone who can call him on his bullshit and/or steer him towards a better path would be really helpful! Being held accountable for his shitty attitude but also not scaring people off would force him to change his mindset a little more, which in turn would make him easier to talk to. Also anyone who could tell him what a hobby is.

REGAINS: iiii'm not currently aiming for anything in particular! he actually has many of his memories. if you can get him talking about darkness and MURDER and whatnot (his past life's a bit rough in that area), he might be good for that if you're trying to unlock some unpleasant memories for your character.
CURRENTLY: not much! ... actually, he can "sense" things through his vines and through the ground and whatnot as he.. becomes one with the trees, so. i don't know if that can be used to 'find' missing npcs, haven't asked, but it could be worth a shot.
WANTED CR: i want it all. give me friends (it'll be rough but it can probably be worth it sometimes), frienemies, enemies. bar buddies. poke fun his monetary situation and i guarantee you'll have some dislike on your hands, if that sort of negative cr is in any way enticing. He grew up in a very rich, very influential business family in Hong Kong (who has ties in science and technology research), and his mother shipped him abroad about two years ago with his cousin Leon to study in Recolle! He's prone to be rather antisocial, awkward and Too Serious thanks to his upbringing, but he's slowly been coming out of his shell and attempting to talk more to others and possibly?? Being more friendly?? It's an uphill process, but he's trying his best 8'| He's a good boy at heart who gets easily flustered over things and is fiercely protective over those he cares about, although he's... also stubborn and strong-willed and has the tendency to hyper-focus on things and push himself to far because he's a dumb boy

tbh CCS is a largely SOL thanks to being a shoujo series, so there's lots of mundane stuff that can get him regains, but I'm hoping to regain more card-specific/plot relevant memories if I can!

CURRENTLY: HE IS CURRENTLY STRESSING THE FUCK OUT BECAUSE HIS COUSIN/GUARDIAN JUST GOT MURDERED BY HIS GIRLFRIEND, and said girlfriend is being sent to the psych ward until possibly September, so he's going to be... Very Not Good over the next month or so, since that's a lot for someone his age to have to deal with 8'| He's going to be struggling with his feelings in regards to the whole thing, considering he was aware of Mio's memories and her disease, so he's going to need someone to talk to/help him out in sorting it all through. He may also get more intent on getting stronger in the skills he already has and trying to find some way to prevent this from happening again, which could lead him to overworking himself or just stressing himself even further

... aside from that, he's going to be staying at the hospital with Leon as he recovers and being dragged into Li-Na's fashion show (although given the timing, he's going to make a pretty upset model), and throwing himself into the tasks to get back the NPCs! He doesn't have many NPC connections, but Sakura's brother is one and he's like 100% committed to getting him back to make her happy again 8'| His birthday is also next month on the 13th, although he's not going to be very public about it since he doesn't like drawing much attention to it
WANTED CR: GIVE THIS BOY SOME FRIENDS........ he's stiff and kind of prickly, but he's a Good Boy who needs to hang out with more people aside from his girlfriend and his family, cries-- aside from that, people who can bullshit him/trick him about dumb stuff for those sweet Yamazaki regains, RIVALS!!! since he's hella competitive over ridiculous things, dad figures, mom figures, older sibling... figures....??, mentors, fellow teenagers/high schoolers, etc

CURRENTLY: Finally mostly over his ex, he means it this time, Togusa is knuckling down on trying to find out what Retrospec wants from them, and who could be going against Retrospec's efforts. The main goals of trying to keep the peace, keep people safe, and in the long run bring Retrospec to justice are still there. Wrestling with some guilt that he incorrectly thought his Chief was in on the conspiracy. Figuring out that he and Mariko might be pulling memories from the same world...so why doesn't he remember the other version of her yet? Incoming VERY UNHAPPY TOGUSA when Koutarou gets hurt later this month, also.
WANTED CR: More people willing to debate about identity and sense of self and the Recolle self versus the people that are being remembered. Togusa is still keeping a firm line of separation between him and the person he is remembering, even if he does want to help recreate that person. But I love every philosophical debate I've had in this game and I want more.
OTHER: Just got back from GMing a LARP, so I'm back on the ball now.

ABOUT: Better known as Ava Stewart; a 20 year old university student, currently majoring in business, is working hard to become a professional tennis player before she graduates as a means to win a wager she has with her mother in order to gain her freedom. Although Ava had a tough childhood with a family that believes everything in life is a business, including relationships within the family, she is a very kind and a little eccentric young woman that always strives to work hard, be fair, and to always smile at the world as a means to hide her true self from others.

TOP 3 TASKS: No top level for Ava is available, but I am willing to do anything to help others gets regains of any form; just poke me about them.
1) Talk to the dead (this may be a tough one because Ava is hilariously afraid of the supernatural).

REGAINS: Right now, I am working on gaining regains about Nike's childhood, life style, philosophies, country, the powers she and her family possess, and maybe the times she was kidnapped, stabbed, and almost assassinated (which is a lot). Any regains of her canon will be good except about Livius because I want to save it as a plot twist for Ava to react to later.
CURRENTLY: At the moment, Ava is trying her best to accept the whole restrospec and past life deal because she firmly believes all of it is a government conspiracy and they are somehow being drugged! As of now, she is trying to go along with the tasks, helping her family and very few friends to get their tasks done. Too bad there are no tennis options because whenever she isn't helping out, then you can expect to find her playing tennis as a way to calm her nerves because all of the random background noises is freaking her out.
WANTED CR: More classmates and friends would be a great welcome for Ava as she likes to collect people (not even joking about that). Those who are into tennis or wish to learn more about it would be fun for her to meet along with those interested in aikido and parkour. Those who are very into the supernatural to tease her with and altruistic types that are willing to show her that not all humanity are like her parents (and those she was forced to sell herself to). I also want Ava to collect people to simply have casual relationships with with no strings attached, no promise of friendship nor romance included neither (unless we plot something out down the line).
OTHER: Nike comes from a canon that has some nsfw subjects, especially in the manga, so I will have an opt-out post in the future regarding them as I am not interested in regaining memories of them just yet.

Tatsuo Kihara (Ikuo Ryuuzaki)

ABOUT: 31 yr old CSI for the Recolle Crime lab, Tatsuo grew up in Recolle. After his mother was killed by a drunk driver when he was 10, Tatsuo spent the rest of his childhood in the Recolle Orphanage. After aging out at 18, he went to Recolle University and earned a BS in Forensic Science, which lead to his employment at the crime lab. At the same time, Tatsuo was heavily involved in the Utsuki Dojo, where he's a 2nd degree black belt (would be a 3rd if the layers weren't all screwed up), and at present teaches an adult beginner class. Tatsuo currently resides in a modest apartmet in Tisse, rides a Kawasaki Ninja around town, and recently acquired both a dog and a TV for the first time. Identity and sense of self, you say. Actually, I'd love to delve into that some more as well! Malik is pretty Undecided about where he stands in regards to the whole past self issue, because he just mentally buries everything he doesn't like (and he's full of self loathing) - that being said, identity issues are prevalent in Malik's past memories / canon, so I just!! Think it could be interesting to explore. Although not sure I could promise exciting philosophical debate because he's 17 and mostly he just likes to hear himself talk. His alter also raises some interesting potential too in that regard imo and I'd like to explore that more if you're cool with it.

Come September, Derek will be regaining the wound from the Sectumsempra curse. There will be blood. I'm still trying to figure out who will all be involved.
